My gf and I commented after leaving Ron Tonkin how impressed we were with Lukas and his care he showed us. Lukas grabbed the keys to a couple different models and allowed me to sit in them so I could feel the different between the racing seats and the non-racing seats. Let me say that I…read moream EXTREMELY detailed and careful/picky when it comes to large purchases like this and Kevin, my sales associate, truly did a great job dealing with my endless questions. I am guessing I was probably his most difficult client of the month, if not year (truly), and he was extremely patient and helpful through the entire process. Kevin was very careful with setting expectations because I was out-of-state and sent me photos of the very minor cosmetic imperfections - both based on questions I had looking at the posted photos AND some additional minor items that I didn't see in the photos but that he felt the need for me to know before I spent the time/money flying in to see the car before purchasing it. It's also worth noting that Kevin helped me to negotiate a great deal with his Manager. And there were no additional/garbage fees or add-ons that you might see at most other dealers, which made the whole process that much easier. Furthermore, as an out-of-state buyer, I definitely give credit to Rhonda for getting my title paperwork done and sent to me very quickly. I also want to credit Tanner who helped me the day that I came to see and buy the car, as Kevin was traveling during the date that I was there. Tanner also spent a lot of time with me in-person and was extremely helpful with getting all of the docs done and finalized. Overall I only have good things to say about Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo regarding my transaction, especially considering I was an out-of-state buyer.
