I needed a window replaced in my motorhome, I contacted at least 6 auto glass vendors that were recommended by yelp-got back 5 answers that they don't provide rv services. United said let us come out and give you a quote! What? I don't have to bring it in to you? They came out, took the window out, secured it and 2 weeks later brought out a beautiful replacement - all without having to move the motorhome! 2nd review Since I dont know how to delete a review I am following up after making my 3rd call today and was able to talk to Rick one of the owners. I realize these days things are busy and hectic especially during camping season. I am completely understanding of that. However that has nothing to do with a polite and friendly person representing someones business. I do not want to impact this business in a negative way but do want to say the service I received on the phone from Eileen was less than polite and friendly. After talking directly with the owner we were able to find a time. Sounds like most of the reviews are positive so give this business a chance. 1st review Unfortunately my insurance company recommended this company to replace the windshield in my class A. My agent called me on a friday morning 8-20-21 asking if they had contacted me to schedule an appointment. I told her no. Tuesday and still no call from the company. I called them myself today 8-24-21 aprox 10am and Eileen (as she sarcasticaly spelled her name for me) said that she would have to check the September schedule and get back to me. I told her I had been waiting on a call and was leaving on vacation next week and would appreciate an appointment before that. She said that was not possible because they where busy and scheduling in September. I asked her to please check when the glass was received and she said she would. No call back at 1:30 so called again and she said again she did not have the September schedule. I asked her again since August is over next week you dont have the schedule for September and she said no she would have to call me back. I then asked her if she could make sure to check on when my glass had arrived and she said she was to busy to do that and there was not way to tell. I told her I did not believe they did not have a check in system. I told her I was going to leave a bad review and I never do that. That its when I asked her for her name and she rudely said "Let me spell it for you so you get it right". I then called my insurance company to give my customer feed back and she apologized and said she had gotten the same service from Eileen as well. She said she had been keeping track of the glass delivery and it had arrived on 8-18-21 and she called that day and talked to Rick. My agent had called me last friday and was surprised to hear they had not called me yet to schedule. Who knows how long my glass would have been sitting there if I had not made the call. I realize everyplace is busy. My frustration is their lack of follow up has prolonged my work getting done on top of Eileen making no apologies for the delay and not taking any responsibility for not calling to schedule. My agent said they do not do business with this company often. This was my first experience and I would caution anyone thinking about using their services. It is not my norm to waste time writing a review but felt it may keep one less person from being frustrated. Do business someplace else! read more

She quickly found a brand new one for me to (may be the only one left in the country ) She sent her expert team to my house. They did a great job replacing the window. Horrible driver!!!! One of the United Auto Glass Vans just rear ended me today on sandy blvd around 3pm. It wasn't too much damage but it would have been nice if he pulled over too the side as well to see if I'm ok. I was able to talk to the owner of this Local Oregon City business which unfortunately had to move to Clackamas after their home Oregon City Location suffered a three alarm fire. I seek businesses that are local and family owned. United Auto Glass is the reason that I do. I received amazing service. Very quick, and very friendly. The owner was unbelievably friendly. I wanted to sit down for Thanksgiving dinner with him, that is how friendly and personable he was. My 93' Bronco had a full mid break through the whole shield. The technician was out with a smile, right on time to replace the window. He estimated it would take 45 minutes. He was done in a half hour. He was friendly, quick and even stuck around to answer some questions that I had about my Fords window seals. My whole experience with United Auto Glass was positive. I look forward to them replacing my Honda's windshield. I know that I will receive the best customer service. It is my pleasure to deal with a local company that takes care of their customers. I highly recommend these guys! They just replaced my windshield on my ford flex and after warning me that the side panels almost always break or at least crack I gave them the go ahead. I told Kyle that I had faith in his expertise and he didn't let me down. He was able to replace the windshield and put back the side panels without one single scratch!! I had a great experience with United Auto Glass! Started with getting a quote from Safelite to replace my windshield after a rock left a hefty baseball sized crack. Safelite quoted $500 that included a mobile fee. I called United Auto Glass in Canby, they quoted $235 plus $75 for a seal and they NO mobile fee. Don't Use these guys ever! I purchased a vehicle at Gresham Toyota that had a small chip in the windshield. Toyota had United Auto Glass come out to replace it for me. They did $1300 worth of damage to the paint on my front hood and around the window! When I called them about it the owner just said "there's no way my guys did that, they said the damage was already there". This vehicle had absolutely no damage anywhere except the chipped windshield before these guys worked on it. If you do use them, PLEASE make sure to watch them the ENTIRE time and preferably cover your hood to protect it. No customer service from this company at all. They take no pride or ownership of their mistakes, just denial. read more

We can't say enough good things about United Auto Glass and their team! The windshield in our Tundra has been nothing but trouble. They've repaired it several times for us and it has looked good and held up well. But after a recent trip to California which resulted in a huge chip and subsequent crack prompted us to finally decide it was time to completely replace it. They quickly got us a next day appointment and came to install the new windshield at our workplace. Fast, friendly service and the windshield looks amazing.
