They said there are six different types of windows, and they didn't get the right one. They said that happens. I feel like if they had warned me it might happen, or asked me to bring in my car before the appointment to ensure it was the right part, this could have been avoided. They didn't really seem to care. I called two other places, who said they should have known exactly what part to get, given they had my VIN. I don't think I'll go back.
