I received an email in August stating that I had a balance over due so called the company stating that I had no prior knowledge of the service. Somehow giving the customer a call to schedule a service was too difficult for these people. I explicitly told the person on the phone that they are to notify me prior to coming onto my property. I even have a "No Trespassing/Private Property" sign at the entrance. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION FROM THIS COMPANY.

No root cause was identified, no diagnosis was provided, and the exact same problem returned shortly after the tech left. I called back immediately and only receptionist would speak to me and said nothing could be done as it was the weekend and no management was available....UNACCEPTABLE. As a result, my household was left without hot water for the entire weekend! What is MOST frustrating is they charge a non-refundable diagnostic/scheduling fee and state that the purpose of the visit is to inspect, diagnose, and provide solutions. I expected a professional diagnosis and repair, not a temporary reset that failed almost immediately!

Burns was one of the most unprofessional people I've encountered in quite a while. Interrupts every sentence and if you mention anything like CFM ratings, he will dismiss you as being a 'know it all' even if you're asking him a question. It seems technical questions are above his knowledge and you're just expected to believe everything, even if it contradicts the experience or symptoms that led to the call. I've searched for this being a legitimate business through the Dept of Commerce and the division of taxation, neither have a listing for being a valid business. I'm still waiting for the final confirmation but it appears that this business is not registered to do business in RI.

On the second to last day of my three week stay, their hot water heater sprung a leak. To make matters worse, this was Saturday and I was leaving for Los Angeles at 3 AM Monday morning. My parents were panicking. I got on Yelp and found three plumbers to come out that day and give us an estimate for replacing it. The first estimate was a bit steeper than we hoped. The second estimate (from GEM) was outrageous --almost double the price of the first estimate. My parents were freaking out. Then Brandon from Service Professionals (Somerset) arrived. He took one look at my parents' water heater and said how new it looked and that it should still be under warranty. (The other plumbers hadn't noticed this and my parents didn't remember that they got it only 3 years ago). Brandon went on to explain that because it was probably still under warranty, he would be able to take it out, bring in and get it replaced for much less. He said he could do the switch out with the warranty replacement first thing Monday. OMG! I had to leave my parents' water heater replacement job in a stranger's care. My dad is 89 years old and my mom is 84. To say that it would be easy to take advantage of them is an understatement. I couldn't sleep wondering if I had chosen the right plumber for the job. I just finished one of my bi-weekly Skype visits with the folks. They are thrilled with the beautiful work that Brandon did. What a relief! Brandon did exactly what he said he would do. He pulled out the old water heater, brought it in, got it replaced under warranty and installed the replacement for the price that he quoted. I am so grateful! In 2015 we had more electrician work and tried to hire them again. Called repeatedly, left messages and spoke to the office and was told multiple times owner Jerry would call back. He never did. I even went so far as stopping in their office one day and to my face Jerry wrote down my number in his appointment book and promised he would call me. 4 months later; he still never has. Too bad Jerry can't be honest and simply say the job is too small or too far from Warwick to South Kingstown or whatever the real reason is. Business must be good for these guys that they don't need/want work. So unless you are a developer or looking for a sub for a large job, don't waste your time with these guys.
