This was the Farmers Poached eggs I believe. Very nice.

Started off with great service. We were staying at the Sheraton hotel and they welcomed us warmly. Mentioned that they had dine-in, delivery and pick up. They also mentioned that delivery had a fee so if we just pick up, it would be cheaper which was nice to know and easy since we were staying there. Ordered two food items on two mornings with coffee. They have regular coffee and their espresso Starbucks machine allowing for more options (yay coffee fans). They also call your room when your food is ready to pick up so you can continue getting ready while you wait. They even grabbed me change from the front desk so I could break a note. Great service.

The food was decent. Nothing special but not bad either. Their service, however, is outstanding. Especially during such a busy lunchtime due to a convention at the fairplex. Kudos to the servers!

What a gem of a place! This restaurant is located inside the Sheraton Fairplex in Pomona. At first I was worried because this was really the only place to eat at the hotel and there is nothing to eat within walking distance. THANKFULLY this place is really good. I came here for breakfast and loved it. I got the Monte Cristo and added scrambled eggs to the sandwich. Honestly... probably the best Monte Cristo I've ever had! Everything was cooked perfect and the seasonal blackberry jam took it to the next level. It also came with potatoes which were good. $20 seems a little expensive for a breakfast that small, but with no other eating options, I'm glad the quality at least kind of justified the price. Definitely come here for breakfast if you're staying here.

I've been at this restaurant several times before since their food is delicious . Server was great always checking on us. The ambiance was nice and quiet. I have yet to try their breakfast . Which I shall return. Unfortunately they do not accept cash fyi just credit card payment.

Well, sadly we have been let down this year. Came in for a drink, as we always do, prior to going to the fair. The bar was filthy, the service was... well there was no service. Everyone was waiting forever. So much so, that we all went to the takeout side of the bar to order. What has happened? Did you not realize the fair was taking place?? Much improvement is needed.

We threw a memorable birthday celebration for my wife at McKinley Grille, and it turned out to be an extraordinary experience! Our friend Maricar had organized a reservation for a party of 20, and the restaurant's accommodation was nothing short of exceptional. They set us up in a private room that ensured we had the perfect blend of celebration and privacy. Situated within the Sheraton Fairplex & Conference Center Hotel, McKinley Grille offers the luxury of abundant parking, making our arrival hassle-free. Right from the moment we stepped in, the staff displayed a level of attentiveness that made us feel like VIPs. Their dedication to ensuring our experience was special was evident throughout the evening. Our party dined on a delectable selection that catered to everyone's palate. The Crispy Calamari (4/5) made for a delightful start, setting the tone for what was to follow. The Prime Ribeye Steak (4.7/5) was cooked to perfection, earning praise from even the most discerning steak aficionados. The Jidori Chicken (4.4/5) and McKinley Burger (4/5) offered flavorful alternatives, each leaving a satisfying mark. The Farm Raised Atlantic Salmon (4.1/5) showcased freshness, and the House Special Chicken Wings (4/5) were a hit with everyone around the table. The Caesar's Salad (4.2/5) was a classic choice that didn't disappoint. The diverse selection meant everyone found something to savor and enjoy. Our birthday dinner celebration was an absolute success, thanks to the combination of delectable dishes and the impeccable service that we received. The staff's attentiveness added a layer of warmth to the occasion, making us feel cherished throughout the evening. The restaurant's interior, being part of the Sheraton Hotel, is nothing short of upscale. The decor exudes sophistication, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness is clearly a priority, as the restaurant and restrooms were immaculate. The restrooms, in particular, were spotless, meeting our expectations for a high-quality dining establishment. I wholeheartedly recommend McKinley Grille, especially for large gatherings. Our experience was top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail truly made the evening special. As we left, we couldn't help but look forward to returning in the future for another exceptional dining experience. Where to start... Tracy has been our fabulous hostess twice so far. This evening, we sat on the outside patio and our server was Chay. The real star was my patty melt. OMG!

Always fast, prompt, and good! I love the ambiance here. Love the dark quiet of the bar. The Moscow Mule kicks "A**" Both our fries the regular and sweet potato were so dang good. The food here is great too. Looking forward to breakfast

I picked up some food to go from this grille while staying at the Sheraton hotel and needing a quick dinner one night! The turkey club sandwich was delicious! Totally hit the spot and you get to choose what side you want- I opted for a salad, which was also delicious. The bread was so fresh and the veggies were crisp! It was packaged up in a container and bag for me to take to go, which was nice for carrying to my room. I noticed several items on the menu that looked tasty, so would recommend giving them a try! The waitress taking my order was friendly and served me a glass of wine while I waited for my food to be ready. Definitely a convenient place right in the Sheraton hotel.

My review is based on two experiences. 1. Dinner - Overall service was very good. Server was prompt and attentive and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. I had the McKinley's burger which was really good! Nice and tall burger that tasted great. Your side is a choice of fries, salad, fruit or sweet potato fries. I ordered sweet potato and it was good! Reasonable price for the plate at $20. 2. Breakfast - It is a buffet style breakfast which had offerings of eggs scrambled soft (plus to me, I don't like overcooked eggs), pancakes (really good!), seasoned potatoes, bacon, veggie frittata, and sausage (did not like at all, it's really dense and I have no idea what it is made of). The beverage service during breakfast was a lot different than dinner. The server took our drink order but completely disappeared. It was a good while before we hailed down a manager who helped get our beverages. The breakfast buffet is a bit pricey - about $28/person.

Came by on 1/15/2023 after spending the afternoon at Pomona Fairplex for the Asian Expo. With the rain coming down wanted a nice sit down place to chill and have dinner. This place popped up with openings located in the Sheraton Hotel. Parking is easy and free. We were greeted by the staff and Priscilla who was taking care of us. Priscilla at McKinley's Grill is truly amazing. She made our dining experience truly wonderful with her professionalism and friendliness. It was like connecting with a friend we hadn't seen in a while. Her manager, Brandon, should be proud as she is a true asset to the restaurant. Her great attitude and demeanor are a testament to the great workplace, leadership and company that McKinley's Grill is. We highly recommend this restaurant and specifically ask for Priscilla as your server. She raved about the deserts and even have a flourless chocolate cake. Very LA. We're looking forward to coming back and having desert and other meals.

We went here for dinner and everything was amazing. 1. Jidori chicken- I'm not a fan of chicken because I always fear it will be dry. To my surprise it was flavorful and juicy. Potatoes and veggies that went with it was a great accompaniment that gave it a perfect balance and elevated the dish. I licked the plate clean. 2. Beyond burger- It was made just right, the first time around. Balsamic glaze was a nice twist. The butter lettuce and tomatoes were very fresh. Inconsistent. Next day. Not as delish. A little overdone. No pickle. Truffle fries were good both days. But tossed more evenly the first time. 3. Kimchi fried rice - delicious. I wish it came with the rest of the food so I could've had it with chicken. 4. Cheese burger- so juicy and delicious 5. Breakfast burrito- pretty bland

The champagne is more like prosecco, and I don't prefer so many places calling it champagne as a marketing gimmick if it's not actual champagne. The beef ribs, prime rib, and chilaquiles were great, while the shrimp, crab legs, fajitas, and most of the salad offerings were very poorly executed. I'd advise to take a little of each to find what's good so you can freely enjoy the subsequent rounds. I like the ambience here - I can see the potential of a nice dinner setting by the windows but during the daytime, it makes no difference where you sit - additionally, lighting is poor if you sit by the window during the earlier daytime. I like the mining theme which is all spread out around inside and outside the restaurant. Service is okay - some flagging down is required but requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Unfortunately, our celebration was surprisingly cut short for a 2-hour dining limit which we were unaware or ever experienced previously. Exactly at 12:40 PM, we were asked to leave our table. While I understand that high-volume restaurants track table turns, I was surprised because we have been coming for years, to celebrate milestones and this was never something we had experienced before. The manner in which your team executed this policy was professional , offering a place at the bar lounge, however, two of our party are elderly with one having recently had back surgery and needed the booth set up to sit easily. Instead of treating us like valued patrons celebrating a milestone, birthday and retirement, we were made to feel like an uncomfortable burden and we were forced to cut our birthday gathering short. As returning customers, we chose your restaurant specifically for its reputation and beautiful atmosphere. Regrettably, this experience left our guest of honor feeling rushed and unwelcome. I hope you will review how your team enforces these time constraints, particularly when dealing with families celebrating special occasions.

Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst restaurant experience we've ever had. While we were waiting for the rest of our party to arrive, our waitress offered to bring us cornbread. She never mentioned there was a charge, didn't ask how many we wanted, and simply brought out two orders. Since she offered it and never explained it was an extra charge, we naturally assumed it was complimentary for the birthday celebration. Things only went downhill from there. The rest of our group was given a hard time at the front because they didn't know the exact name the reservation was under. We were also given grief for placing birthday presents on a chair at the end of the table, a chair the staff had placed there. We were told the chair was interfering with the wait staff, even though it wasn't blocking any walkways. It seemed like every interaction came with unnecessary attitude. Once we were all seated, our waitress seemed to have a chip on her shoulder from the start. She never brought out our ranch-style bread, rarely refilled our drinks, and repeatedly reached across the table, passing plates directly in front of people's faces instead of simply walking around to serve them properly. When our dinners arrived, our empty salad and appetizer plates were still sitting on the table. We had to ask her to clear them just so we had room for our meals. If we needed anything, we had to catch her as she hurried past our table because she never stopped to check on us. She would keep walking while we tried to ask for what we needed, so we had to quickly rattle everything off before she disappeared. To top it off, she was openly talking about our table to the guests seated behind us. It was completely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. The level of service was disappointing from beginning to end. When my bill came, the total didn't add up correctly. I politely pointed out the discrepancy, but instead of checking it, she came back with the menu to prove I was wrong. Ironically, the menu proved she was the one who made the mistake. She even tried telling me I was comparing the menu price to a receipt total that included tax. I had to explain that the tax was calculated separately at the bottom of the receipt. Rather than apologize, she walked away and sent the manager over. Thankfully, the manager immediately recognized the error and corrected my bill. By that point, my family had enough and just wanted to pay and leave. To make matters worse, they were told they couldn't pay until everyone at the table had received their bill. The food didn't make up for the service, either. It was hot and humid inside the restaurant, the burger was as tough as a hockey puck, they were out of beef ribs so we settled for pork ribs that were mostly fat, and the steak lacked any flavor. To top it off, the restrooms had a strong urine smell, which only added to the overall poor experience. The only highlights of the evening were the company we were with and the Costco birthday cake we brought ourselves. I had read the recent reviews before coming and hoped people were exaggerating. They weren't!!! I wanted to give this place another chance because of the great memories we had at the one in Colton, but sadly, those memories are all that's left. If you're thinking about making the drive because of nostalgia like we did, I'd recommend reading the recent reviews first. I wish we had listened. We won't be returning. Thanks for a horrible birthday experience, Sundance & staff!

Last night, we returned once again, and it reminded us why this place has become so special to us. To start the meal, we shared the Housemade Artichoke Spinach Dip, which was incredibly creamy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. It was the perfect way to begin the evening. For our entrées, our group of four ordered one Wagyu Denver Steak and three Crown Roast Pork dishes, which have become our all-time favorites. The Bone-in Iowa Duroc Smoked Mignon of Pork was grilled and glazed to perfection with the restaurant's signature Smoked Pepper BBQ Glaze. We ordered it cooked medium, and it came out juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The Roasted Corn Succotash complemented the pork beautifully. There's a 90-minute minimum, and they don't bring a bottle to the table--you get one mimosa at a time, and you have to finish it before they'll bring another. The first one I got tasted like straight orange juice barely any champagne. I sent it back and to their credit, they remade it much better They mentioned they control pours to keep the environment in check, which I understand--but if you're expecting free-pour vibes, that's not the case here. Food-wise: French toast & breakfast potatoes were really good However the Chilaquiles were super dry and lacked flavor--wouldn't recommend Burger & fries were decent, but nothing special As for drink pricing, it does lean a bit on the higher side. bucket of 5 beers was around $42, $15 for a Tito's vodka shot, and even a basic Jack and Coke came out to about $18 with tip, which felt a little steep for the area. the best deal was definitely the green tea shots at only $9 I will say, our waitress Priscilla was great. She had a lot of tables and seemed a bit overwhelmed, but she still made an effort to check on us and kept my mimosas coming pretty promptly. I didn't have to wait long at all between refills, which I appreciated. Since we went for a special event, the DJs were great and really kept the energy up the whole time Parking was easy. It did say there was a $2 fee, but when we printed the ticket, we weren't charged--so it might be free, but I'd still double-check at the kiosk just in case. Overall: decent spot for the vibe, music, and brunch outing, but just be prepared for controlled drinks and slightly higher prices.

That bite literally melts on the tongue. For that matter, everything offered on the menu is over the top delicious! As a starter we had the crostini bites topped with candied tomatoes, so fresh and tasty. We wanted more, but thankfully held off as their loaf of house bread arrived with hand-whipped butter to tempt us. It became clear we needed to exercise restraint as we now understood we would want to save room for each delectable course coming our way. Roasted Brussel Sprouts were next and amazing! The hint of lemon was a delicious surprise. Entrees? Fabulous! We had the mentioned Rib Eye. Three of us had the lamb which got raves from everyone. I had the filet mignon, topped with gorganzola, with pomme frites, the best I've ever tasted. The filet mignon melted in my mouth! All of us had the Hen of the Woods mushroom side. That mushroom was a new experience for all of us and everyone loved it! Our perfect finish was crème brule and a rich roasted coffee. Everything was absolutely amazing, including our waiter Jordan, who anticipated our every wish before we even knew that we wanted it! The wine collection at Owen's Bistro is impressive and my husband said the bartender made him one of the best martinis he's ever enjoyed. We were celebrating our son's birthday and an additional and very thoughtful touch was the table was decorated for the occasion with a birthday card waiting for him from the staff. The atmosphere at Owen's is so lovely. You feel that you're in a quaint European village, where you're encouraged to take your time and enjoy the complete experience of fine dining. Our family has traveled the world, experiencing many excellent meals. What a joy to know the finest can be found just 15 minutes from home! We can't wait to return! Thank you Chef James Kelly and staff for one of the finest dining experiences ever!

We also ordered the garlic bread, very mid. Our favorite was the truffle mac and cheese - super tasty! What wr did not like, place is cramped, the tables are too near each other! They are trying to cram as many guests into a small area. There was someone enjoying their anniversary dinner and it was not intimate We were seated 6 inches from each other! Lol plan for this! Overall, it was delicious and we'll be back for the truffle mac and cheese.

There was a great spread of food, plus servers walking around with trays of delicious bites. The pizza was a favorite of mine .. thin, crispy crust, great sauce and plenty of toppings. The beef brisket was also tender and full of flavor. So good! The restaurant itself is beautiful and has such a warm, inviting feel. The wine selection was fantastic, with several vendors, and yes... we went home with quite a few bottles! Kudos to the entire team for putting together such a wonderful event and making everyone feel so welcome. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back for dinner.

Wasn't busy when we walked in and when we left there were quite a few people waiting to place their orders. Not sure if they are short staffed or just not adequately staffed but there was one employee taking the orders and making the food. Gotta give it to the guy working because he still offered great service. We ordered a steak bachi-rito and it was good. Not much steak for the price $17 and the seared ahi tuna entree. Food looked ok at best. Rice wasn't your typical friend rice. No egg or veggies or any other protein for that matter. Little skimpy on veggies but they did have good flavor. I wanted to love my seared tuna but it lacked flavor. Thank goodness for their sauces which were great. I slathered my tuna in their ginger sauce and garlic butter and it's exactly what the food needed. This place certainly has potential. I will certainly try this place again perhaps not so late in the day.
