The real star of the show was the Poseidon botana aguachiles. We were originally deciding between the Poseidon and the mixta, but they mentioned they could make the botana a Poseidon style, and that's what we went with. Absolutely delicious--super fresh and packed with flavor. Highly recommend this dish. We also tried the tostada de pescado (size small), which was probably my least favorite. It wasn't bad, just didn't stand out compared to everything else. I'd personally skip it next time. One thing to note--there's a small parking lot that was more full than expected given how many people were inside. It seems like it might be shared with nearby businesses, so just keep that in mind.
