The customer service at this place is ridiculously poor. The few times I've gone into the store I end up dealing with employees that are too busy watching YouTube videos to stop and help their customers. I went in to get poster ink and when I asked the sales rep if the ink I was buying would work for posters, he replied that it would. When I got back to the shop it turned out I had purchased a quart of ink pigment and not actual "ready to print" ink. When I went to return it I was treated as a nuisance. If the sales rep had taken the time to explain what it was that I was buying things would have been different. This goes to show that these guys don't know what it is they are selling. The employees can't even be bothered to greet their customers when they walk in to the store. Get your screen printing supplies from Westix instead. read more

I discovered McLogan after a Google search for some logistic needs for my apparel shop. I went over to the store and there is a huge selection of all sorts of supplies for any creative business (or personal). It ends there. The service is always awful from each store member. I went there several times and each time it was always the same. That "can't be bothered" attitude. I'm not taking it personally - I'm there for business. I would go in and buy yards and yards of vinyl. One day, I finally decided to do a thorough search online for what I needed. I not only discovered I was grossly overpaying at McLogan, but I'm not completely sure they were giving me the correct yardage I was purchasing. Needless to say, I never went back to McLogan and I get the product faster, cheaper and easier online. I love to support the little guy, but McLogan gives me zero reason to go back. read more

Been here twice during the Covid Pandemic. Sign out front says mandatory to wear a mask but the guy in the store doesn't wear a mask. The 2 times I'v been there to get some supplies, and both times he walks around without a mask, ring's customers up without a mask and helps customers without wearing a mask. No sense of protection or safety here at all. 2 stars goes out to the guy who helped me, DID wear a mask and even gave me some advice on the vinyl supplies. Supplies here are a little pricey but great place to get things when you're in a pinch. They do have a good amount of supplies here. However, if you're going to be hypocritical about safety for your customers (putting a sign up saying that it's mandatory to wear a mask but let that ONE person/employee/maybe even the owner just walk around freely without a mask) I can just take my business elsewhere. If it's not important to protect your customers, then my businesss must not be important to you. read more

I recently received a heat press machine so I headed on over to Mclogans and I was like a child in a candy store! They have sooooo many colors of heat transfer vinyl. Both times I went to Mclogan's, I've had the pleasure of being helped by Miguel. I was kinda intimidated because I'm a newbie to the shirt making business but Miguel was very professional and helpful in answering my questions and showing me new products that I might find useful.
