McRee Ford denied my warranty claim on my 2024 Ford F-150 Lightning, telling me that significant paint delamination on the front bumper was caused by rock chips. That determination was wrong. I explained that this happened after only a couple thousand miles. When I went to the Ford forums, other Lightning owners had identified the exact same issue with these bumpers -- this is a known problem. I even went by 2 different paint and body shop and they both told me it was a problem with primer and paint sticking. The same day I picked up my truck from McRee, I took it to Mac Haik Ford. Their body shop manager personally inspected it and immediately identified the real issue: a primer adhesion failure -- meaning the paint never properly bonded to the bumper from the factory. He filed a warranty claim on the spot and put me in a rental while the repair is processed. McRee Ford's dismissal was not only incorrect, it was lazy. The damage pattern -- large irregular voids with the paint film visibly lifting and peeling at the edges -- is nothing like a rock chip. Any experienced body shop professional can see that. Mac Haik's manager saw it in minutes. If McRee Ford had done their job properly, this would have been resolved the first time. Instead I had to fight for what I was entitled to under warranty. I will not be returning, and I would caution anyone with a warranty issue to think carefully before trusting this dealership. My experience with Brandon Sweeney was zero customer service. I will never purchase another Ford from McRee

Walked in on a Saturday. No one greeted us, ask the girl at the front desk how we could get helped. She stated you help yourself and walk around. Once you are interested then come back and I will get you a salesman. Very rude! Sterling McCall Ford on the other hand, had everything ready for my husband since he was surprising me with a Bronco for my birthday. They made my day very special and walked out with a gorgeous Bronco!!

As far as buying a car goes I've never had a less stressful experience thanks to our salesman…read moreSteve. When I went in looking for a crv I wasn't sure if I wanted hybrid or gas and I didn't know how much my trade in was worth but Steve took his time to give me a test drive on both versions and didn't put me in a high pressure sales tactic so I actually went home after the test drives did some research on my car and the car I wanted before heading back. He was also extremely available as I just gave him a call he gave me a time for me to come in and we got the deal done that day. Amazing service from Steve if you go there looking for a car as for him.

Classic Bait-and-Switch…read more This dealership's process is deeply misleading, and my experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I was given a written, itemized out-the-door quote tied to a specific VIN and confirmed my appointment about 1.5 hours before arriving. At no point was I told the vehicle was unavailable. When I arrived, I was informed the vehicle had already been sold before I even confirmed the appointment, yet I was still encouraged to come in as if the deal were intact. The salesperson I had been working with, Esteban, was suddenly "out picking something up" and unavailable when I arrived. Instead, I was handed off to another, much younger salesperson who spent a significant amount of time debating with me about how this was not the dealership's fault, rather than acknowledging the situation or attempting to resolve it. After going back and forth, I had to be the one to ask whether they intended to offer any solution at all. Only then was a transfer from a sister store suggested -- which initially sounded reasonable -- until I was told the price would be higher due to a "different cost basis." At that point, it was clear the original VIN-based deal was no longer being honored, and I was effectively being asked to restart negotiations on worse terms after already being brought into the dealership. This experience fits the textbook definition of a bait-and-switch: firm pricing is used to get a customer in the door, the vehicle conveniently disappears, and the deal is reset once the customer is already on site. The entire interaction showed a lack of transparency, accountability, and respect for a customer's time. I drove out fully prepared to purchase and left having wasted hours navigating excuses and shifting explanations. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend not giving this dealership your business. If you value honesty, transparency, and execution, look elsewhere.

We brought our van in on 3/26/26 because the window was not working and the van was making a noise…read more The dealership charged us $3,542.20 for repairs. According to the technician, they repaired the motor mounts, transmission mounts, and the window. When we picked the van up, the window still did not work, and the noise was still there. We brought the van back, and Daniel, the service representative, then told us additional parts were needed. The window repair alone cost us $1,231.00, yet the window still does not function. We were also later told the van now needs a new transmission. My question to Daniel was simple: Why were these issues not properly diagnosed, documented, or communicated before charging us $3,542.20? Why wasn't the vehicle fully troubleshot before repairs were recommended and approved? Had we known the full extent of the problems upfront, we could have invested the $3,542.20 toward a different solution instead of paying for repairs that did not resolve the original issues. Very disappointed with the lack of communication, diagnosis, and quality control.

During one particular visit (amp draw test) that lasted a week the truck sent me a hard acceleration alert. Now the truck all of a sudden has a blown head gasket. I had a meeting with the dealership owner Mike and service manager Dan they both assured me it wasn't their fault couldn't have been them. I showed them the screenshot time stamped while they had it of the truck with a cold engine being driven like a hot rod. Asked for my money back or a replacement was told no by the owner.
