Appointments have been canceled, emails have gone unanswered, and when I call, I'm told someone will follow up, but no one ever calls me back. I even missed work for a scheduled maintenance appointment, only to receive a call saying they were still waiting for parts and had to cancel. As of now, my TDS reading is high, and I still do not have the quality drinking water I was promised. It's extremely frustrating to invest in a water filtration system and then struggle to get the maintenance and customer service that was promised at the time of purchase. I hope the company takes responsibility and resolves this issue as soon as possible.

The landlord wouldn't allow the R/O faucet install. Everything was great. Phil cleaned up. Made sure his install was fine even though he had another big job in south OC yet to drive to after my job. I was in IE. I highly recommend CWS to those who want filter clean water for just their kitchen fellow Yelpers. My cooler has 3 settings. Hot, cold, regular. I would say I had to do every couple of months now after years of Lifesource once a year and it's not nearly as bad as it ever was before. Service calls are wonderful people show up on time know what they're doing fix what they're there to fix and are incredibly friendly. The infrequent need to change the canisters is a real plus. While, you do have to plan for those expenses, they are long lasting. over time it was less that our collective monthly expenses, especially if the maintenance by hand that was required was considered. When we were evaluating the system. It sounded expensive until I did the math on what we were paying for soft water which my husband dislikes the feel of. The difference is immediately recognizable in showers for hair and skin is something far better than I was .expecting. The water coming out of the tap is great! We do have a reverse osmosis for ice. The grey water every two weeks is used for the lawn and outside plants, so no waste and no big delivery trucks on the street on a regular basis.
