Everything she had done by choosing an appropriate color to listening my needs and whys of the length and shape was great. I then get unfortunate news that she will no longer be at this salon so when I finally went in for a long over due fill (because I was waiting for Michele to back into town) I ended up having someone else do my nails. I can't remember her name. She was friendly but felt as if she didn't really listen. She curved my nails inwards a bit which now caused both my thumb nails to curve inwards even more so and in pain with pressure. I have never experienced this before. I'm very sad to see someone I went to leave but I support in whatever makes her happy. I just don't know about coming back as a client myself here because of the curving situation with my nails.

It's not as good as the cheese grater, but I understand that it is not safe and can actually hurt your feet if they don't do it right or scratch too much off.
