I am currently sitting here at this Me n Eds waiting for our pizza. I'm thinking you know? It's not the pizza that's bad. It's the service and I don't mean the staff isn't doing their job. I'm watching them and they're doing the best they can. The problem is how they are cooking the pizzas. You have take out. Delivery and dine in pizzas all being done at the same time. There's no priority on those that are dining in. So you're waiting well over an hour as we are. One gal came in and they told her it would be over an hour and she's already left with her pizza. We have gone well over an hour now and there's no pizza in sight. So again it's how this place is managed. The staff is friendly and doing the best they can and the pizza is pretty good here. Ordered online two different pizzas one was a double pepperoni with half of it added mushrooms and olives, it had very little sauce on it. The other I ordered double sauce as well as double of the three other toppings. It didn't have hardly a drop of sauce or very little sausage. Obviously getting a pizza on New Year's Eve is gonna take a long time, I get that. I ordered online, it said ready in 50 min. I tried calling several times around the 50 min mark and no one answered. I finally went around 1:30 after I ordered and the very rude cashier told me it was gonna be another 15 minutes and when I said it was supposed to be ready 40 minutes ago, he told me that he didn't tell me the time so he's gonna be rude like me. Long story short I got a refund because I cannot believe THAT is the guy you guys have working your register, talking to customers like we're scum, and that you can't figure out how to give a proper estimate for when pizza will be ready. Hmmm why could it be this place has such low ratings? The food was good and the establishment was clean. Maybe the fact that a lot of their game machines didn't work, and the change machine only eats your bills but doesn't spit out change. Or maybe the employee taking my order that I have to explain the menu to? Oh and wait the same employee that took some dude next to me (and went right up and didn't care that I had been standing there) and began his order before mine. Little things like this that make a good establishment look bad. Only saving grace is the food and the other employee that saw me struggling with the change machine and say my $5 get eaten with no return. He came out and gave me my change in quarters thankfully. Food was good. Hot, well cooked and plentiful toppings. Drink machine was well stocked and cold. I would come here again as I do enjoy me an occasional me n Ed's pizza, but my expectations for good service will be much lower from here on. This is an extremely pricey place. On top of prices being sky high, they also have small portion sizes relative to industry standard. Their large pizzas would be a medium at most places. We ordered to have this delivered through Door Dash and it took much longer than expected, which we were okay with because it was a Friday night. However, our Door Dash delivery driver texted us and told us it would be another 30 minutes until it's be ready (after he had already been there at least 10 minutes). But somehow it was magically on its way not even 10 minutes later which should've been our first clue that it wasn't going to be good. When the pizza arrived it didn't even feel warm through the box which is interesting seeing as we saw when he left the store and we live 3 minutes from the store. Opened the box and sure enough, the crust of 1 pizza wasn't even browned. Lifted it up to take a slice and it was completely RAW and all of the toppings were falling off. The other pizza we ordered was less doughy but the bottom of the crust was burnt. The only good thing we got was the potato wedges. For $25 a pizza I expected WAYYY better than raw pizza that no one ended up eating. We had already waited so long that it wasn't even worth it to try and get it fixed. read more

I honestly don't know why this place has such low reviews. The pizza here is always so good, I've never once have had a problem with this location! The crust always comes out nice and crispy, but not too over cooked to where its burnt, they use quality toppings and the ranch dressing here is amazinggg! The only down fall is the salad bar is only 1 trip, they should make it an option to have an unlimited salad bar and also you shouldn't have to ask for ranch they should put that out with the other dressings at the salad bar. But other then that the service is always pretty friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable! read more

This was around 5:40pm, now near 2 hours has passed by 2 phone calls in still no pizza. Finally around 8:20pm the delivery guy calls and says he's arrived but lost. So we go out to the parkin lot to meet him. Roughly two and a half hours later, I'm def hungry by now. Open up the pizza box and as suspected cold pizza :( not only that but the dough was still undercooked. No bueno. Idk if this is usual service for this place or if service is faster when eating inside the restaurant, but I was very disappointed. Me n Eds has always been one of my favorite pizza parlors. The location at 10th and Fargo is a place I have been going to for many years. This all changed for me this past weekend.... I had a birthday party for my 4 year old there and it will be the last time I do it. We had the party there to avoid the 97 degree heat (outside) and eat good pizza. Little did we know that we would have a dirty area (that we had to cleanup a bit) and eat in around 100 degree heat (air conditioning must not be working) even though it felt good in the other part of the restaurant(yeah the air conditioner was working). I would rather pay more and eat somewhere else, lesson learned. ** I was contacted by the District Manager who was kind enough to reach out and apologize for the inconvenience(its not his fault). He was going to follow up with the location but claimed that they said the temperature was fine. The cause(according to the DM) must have been all the people and the AC couldn't keep up but that doesn't explain why it was so hot when only 3 of us where there setting up.... I'm thankful for his apology but don't care for the "The employees say its fine and no body else complained about the heat sooooo" attitude. Placed an order for delivery at 12:30 PM. It was a medium pizza and a 2 liter soda. Nothing overly difficult just pizza and a soda. Was told it would be a 45 minute wait. At 90 minutes I still did not have my pizza. I literally live around the corner from this pizza parlor but decided to have it delivered because I have two small children under the age of 7. When I called to check on my order they said it was on its way. I should take 2-3 minutes to reach my house even with traffic. It took 10 minutes and the pizza was cold! Ordered delivery while staying at the Sequoia Inn Hotel in Hanford. I called and was immediately told to hold. Not asked. Told. No phone etiquette. Then I was left on hold for five minutes. Poor service. I hung up, called back... I then get a call from the delivery driver because the person who took the order forgot to give the driver my room number. I went in to the restaurant yesterday to pre-order a pizza to be delivered today. The young man at the register told me that the gift card I was trying to use had a zero balance and would need another form of payment. I presented my credit card and left. When I got home I logged into the website myself and it had a $25.00 Balance. I called and spoke to the manager (female) and she said "oh yes, it does have a balance". I said yes I know that now. Super kid friendly restaurant without change tables in the restrooms? Seriously? My wife changed our 1 year old in the empty booth next to us as we listened to nasty remarks by staff. We didn't care. I really like the pizza and have placed an order online 3 times in the last 6 weeks. The first time I ordered from the 10th Ave location. When I went to pick it up, they had no such order. I showed them the printed receipt indicating the 10th Ave store but was told it was at the Grangeville location for some unknown reason. The manager went above and beyond by making my order fresh and free of charge. For that she gets 5 stars. She could not have been nicer! However the next two times I ordered, each order came home wrong. I paid extra for artichoke hearts to be added to the classic veggie, only to have them left off. I was hungry and did not feel it was worth a complaint. Tonight I ordered the same veggie with artichoke hearts and asked in the comments that they not forget them this time. They didn't forget but that is all I got!!!! No mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, green peppers AT ALL! Again, I looked at my receipt which confirmed I had ordered correctly. I went back and forth on whether to give it a 2 or 3 stars. My husband says 2 for the food but 3 for the location itself. We ordered a small Italiano. The main reason why we're giving it a 3 is it was edible. The crust was awesome but there was barely any sauce on the pizza, making the cheese and topping super salty. If we weren't so hungry we probably won't have ate it at all. I normally devour pizza like crazy but after two slices I rather go home and find something in my freezer.. I'm not sure if it's what we ordered, since this is our first visit. I'll have to come back some other time and custom my own pizza. read more
