I love this location. The staff is always extremely helpful and joyful, every interaction I've had with an employee has been pleasant! I was going to order a medium pizza with wings and a drink, Laura took my order, she was extremely helpful guided me the cheaper option that included a large pizza wings and twist as their deal. The pizza and wings are always great quality,the cooks are consistent and had my order ready quickly during a lunch time rush . I'm writing this review because the staff that was there always do their best and are extremely helpful. Another coworker after i finished up my pizza offered to get us a box for our left over slices and told me about the reward program. She was also extremely helpful and nice with everyone. We got the all you can eat salad, pizza and drinks. I mean it's a great price for all of that but the quality of the food was not great. The salad bar was diminished and the staff was not refilling anything. The pizza was cold, except when they brought out fresh pizza. All the games in the game room were not working properly or over priced and impossible to win on. Overall, you get what you pay for. I came here with my family on a Saturday evening, it wasn't really busy when we arrived but there were a lot of people dinning in. We dined in also, I got the salad bar it was surprisingly better than I expected. They had what you'd expect at a salad bar nothing special. I didn't get to try the pizza but my family loved it. If you are going for the buffet leave extra time in your schedule. The last two times I've been here the pepperoni and the pepperoni and sausage is always gone. Then when you ask for it you have to wait because they haven't even started making it. The problem is when it's done me and a half dozen other guys are waiting for it and you're lucky if you get even one slice. Then you're back to the waiting or you fill up on breadsticks. I've been twice. First time was fine, but not memorable. Second time was weird. I had called in my order, which I could see was ready. The counter person was on the phone dealing with something and told another worker to help me, which that person ignored. I stood there waiting for several minutes while nobody helped me. The restaurant was empty except for one other customer seated. Many of the tables were dirty. The salad bar was a dirty mess. Two other employees walked by me. Finally someone came out and said, "no one has helped you yet?" Well, no, no one has helped me yet even though several employees looked right at me or walked right by me. It took a few more minutes to finally pay. Obviously, my pizza was cold by the time I got it. Round Table used to be my go to pizza 100%. I don't know what has happened to them in the last few years. This is the second review I've decided to leave. I always order a gourmet veggie pizza and change the white garlic sauce for red sauce. The last couple of times they have ignored that request. I ordered pizza Friday asked for no white sauce and change it for red sauce. They didn't put red sauce or white sauce, there was no sauce. in the past I had complained about their crust. I ordered a regular crust. It was so super thin like a cracker. The same thing happened when I ordered the pizza on Friday the crust was so thin. One of the reasons I've only given three stars instead of five is that the last time I called in an order, a man with a strong accent answered the phone. When I began to give him my order (a meat lover's pizza, without the sausage or salami), he kept asking questions that I didn't understand and didn't seem to even relate to what I had ordered. After several tries, I asked him to let me speak to someone else. The next guy also had a strong accent but at least he got my order right. I've not an ounce of racism in my mind or soul, but a smart manager would never put anyone with a strong accent in a position where his main job was to answer the office or greet the public. Crystal clear and friendly communication should be the top requirements for those jobs. When I got home with my "Meat Lovers" pizza there was no salami or sausage as I had requested, but I was disappointed and ticked off that there was not DOUBLE amounts of the pepperoni and linguica on it. There SHOULD HAVE BEEN because I had paid for FOUR meats, which should be four "portions", two of each kind on it. But it wasn't. So I paid for four meats, but only got two. I could've bought a pizza with two toppings for a LOT less money, so I wasn't happy about that, especially since they are quite expensive to begin with. The time before that when I placed an order for two large pizzas with everything on one of them, with the exception that on the second one I wanted 1/2 of it to be only pepperoni, and four side salads. The astounding total for that was over $100! For pizza and salad?? And with half of one of the pizzas with nothing on it but pepperoni and cheese?? When I objected to the price I was told they could not make a "King Arthur's" (their name for one with everything on it), on only half, and I would have to pay the full price for "King Arthur's" pizza. Baloney!!! There's not one logical reason that can't be done, and I got stuck with paying for more than I ordered. I know prices have gone up on everything, but this is just a rip off and I won't be going back and neither will my friends who were sharing those pizzas with me. read more

We had the WORST experience ordering delivery here. I ordered a pizza as a surprise for my bf after a long week at work and the delivery was an absolute nightmare. The delivery driver didn't answer my call or texts when they couldn't find the apartment. I had to call round table to see what was going on. They told me it would be out in 15 minutes. Food and service was bad. The wings are cold inside the breadsticks weren't cooked fully, the pizza was not cut, we had to ask for plates twice we ate on napkins because they wouldn't get us any. Went in during superbowl Sunday. It was busy, but not too crazy. The lady who worked in the front was nice and helpful. Round Table has certainly gone downhill with their services. I had complained about their breadsticks being extremely different to the manager, Destiny C, but instead of remedying the situation, she just said that that's how they're rolled in the morning...and that was it. This place is awful. If it wasn't for my buddies going away party, I would have left immediately. The floor was dirty. It has clumps of dirt, food, and trash on it. We had to wipe down the tables, because they have crusted food on it. It wasn't busy and there were 7 tables with trash, and dishes. I was told by the employee there not to get the beer from the wall, did anyway and it tasted disgusting. The glasses weren't chilled, and the drying mat had mold on it. If I could get my money back I would. 45 dollars for 2 pizzas the size of a medium dominoes pizza. Would not recommend, and I think someone should shut this place down. It needs to be cleaned badly. I would like to recognize Andrew as a really good employe. we walked in and there was a line, tables dirty and can see Andrew taking food out. they definitely seemed short staff but Andrew was getting food out to tables and working register and in between cleaning tables like literally running back and forth. apologized for the wait in line and totally not his fault just short staff and no one complained because he really was working to provide good customer service. some restaurants need more employees like Andrew. the food was good as always. read more

Usually they do a good job with their orders but since they are using 3rd party delivery we did not receive our full complete order after waiting for almost an hour. We ordered pizza takeout from here about a month ago. The staff were friendly and have us an accurate wait time of about 25 minutes. The pizza is so good! They are generous with the toppings and the crust is great! And their ranch dressing is awesome! It's very flavorful and light, not like the hidden valley snot you buy in the store! I gave 1 star, my wife went to this place to order pizza for dinner for my kids. When my wife started to order, one of the ladies in the cashier gave a sign to the guy who was taking the order maybe not to take any more order because he said they were so backed up in the kitchen. They didnt even give my wife an option if she is willing to wait at least 40 mins to an hour. I am a Chef, and i work for customer service. This is sad, if you can't handle to take orders from a customer because your chefs or cooks in the back are backed up, you shouldn't be working in food service. I probably would not have chosen RT for a pizza considering the reviews, except for the fact that they had a "50% off your next pizza" notation in their computer from our previous (and only prior) visit since this location opened. This "special" was there to help compensate the problem of our first visit - the fact that they made our pizza wrong. We ate it anyway, so as not to have to wait for a replacement (they were quite busy). Hence the "deal" awaited and having a frugal part of me that was acting up, we decided on RT. When we walked in, we were the only ones in the restaurant at that moment. Mixed emotions followed. "The time to receive our pizza should be short" and "I wonder if this place is empty because it has gone downhill and nobody comes here anymore". Well, we were there; the "deal" was waiting; And we were on a time schedule that being the next pizza in the oven would certainly help. Of course, the "deal" was no longer in the computer, but understanding computer updates I figured as much. The shift supervisor gave us half off anyway. Add a star. We ordered. My wife likes white sauce and I like red. Easy- order a split. She ordered Garlic Chicken Supreme, and I ordered Wombo Combo with extra, extra red sauce I think my preference is eastern style - where, due to the copious amount of sauce, the toppings will slide off the crust of you tip up one side. The pizza came to us timely, 10 minutes or so; the toppings were plenteous; and there was a goodly amount of red sauce. Add a star. We had forgotten how thin their original crust was. Subtract a star. Kind of like Armenian cracker bread. Had I been on the ball, I would have gleaned that info from the reviews herein contained. Anyway. The pizza was delish and the service was great. Next time we'll opt for the thick crust. By the time we left the restaurant was getting busy. We hit it at the right time. A good average 3 star experience. Wow! I just re-read this.
