I tried several times to communicate, but they did not know a word of English. At one point, they rushed out of the room, and the massage later felt as though someone else had returned. I eventually asked for it to stop, it was a total waste of time. I left more stressed than when I arrived. When I explained my concerns while paying, the receptionist again said an hour on my back was "not good for me." As a longtime customer, I should be able to decide what area I want treated, especially after clearly communicating my needs. Unreal!

I had seen her about six weeks prior for a hot stone massage and was blown away, and she delivered that same magic again this time. She paid special attention to my problem areas and finished with an incredible scalp massage that left me completely relaxed. My husband had Kenyea. He doesn't get massages nearly as often as he should, but Kenyea blew him away! He told me afterward that it was easily the best massage he's ever had in his life. She confirmed what we wanted and told us to undress. Finally under the covers and she is about to start then says "you know it's $120 right?". I'm like wait. I was told $120 for 2 hours. We're going half hour less, why does this cost the same? And why wait to tell us this when we're half naked under the covers about to start?! I explained that's not what we were told and she proceeded to act like we can't afford the difference. The $20 difference wouldn't have mattered if we were told upfront. I would've understood. Mistakes happen. But don't wait til we're half naked to tell me the issue or act like it's our fault. The waiting room is clean, multiple areas to sit down, and they have even a little fridge where clients can take one beverage for themselves after the massage. When the reception called Paul he picks me up within like 4 minutes to go to the back so that we could start the massage. The one thing I appreciate with any masseuse is when they really do listen to the type of pressure you need and again I had read online that Paul had strong pressure and gave a really good deep tissue massage and he did. He asked me multiple times throughout the session if the pressure was good at one point I told him he could go harder because I needed a not release from my shoulder and once I gave him the okay he went for it and I could feel the not trying to break as he put the pressure on my shoulder. Again I am super grateful that I found this place I will also say that actually went last week on August 20th to visit Paul again because that's how much I liked the session. I told myself that the next one I do would be a 90 minute massage because I definitely want to have more time spent on my back area I just carry most of my tension there so to just get a full like 60 minutes just on the back would be amazing and then 30 minutes for calves and feet is totally fine. Also the price is great for the service being provided and I do recommend if you can leave a cash chip it's just nicer to give that to them after your massage is done.
