Our go to brand the kids haven't stopped enjoying--Nutrisouce Pure Vita, which uses limited ingredients for sensitive tummies. The only caveat to this location? If you're coming in, parking is horrendous due to its location in Seaholm-- especially when you're carrying out a 25 lb bag of dog food each month. They need at least a 5 minute parking zone designated for pickups! Do yourself a favor, take advantage of their free local delivery instead

In fact, we got the opportunity to see a dog been washed at the washing station...pretty cool! They have a very clear process of how to use the dog wash. I believe it's 15 or 18 per dog and you have a limited amount of time. I usually take both my dogs for a wash and never use up the time. Things included in the dog wash: - private room - variety of shampoos - conditioner - towels - doggie perfume (that's what I call it haha) - ear wipes - blow dryer All products are dog friendly and very gentle on my little dogs. I also like to buy all their food from here. They have a special where you can buy the same brand for a number amount of times and then you get the 12th bag for free. I'm on my 5th bag so far so I'm looking forward to my free bag! Actually today, for purchasing the bag, I got free treats. I really like the variety of good kibble and wet food they offer. The service is beyond great. Everyone is extremely friendly. They offer you free beverages when washing your dog, offer to take your dog food to your car, and are so sweet to pets. I love it here. My dogs love it here. I will be continuing to be a customer here :)

They truly go out of their way to help, and I'm not exaggerating! I believe the employee who assisted me was Vanessa, and she was fantastic. She helped me pick out the perfect gifts, especially for the cat-related items since I don't have a cat myself. I was shopping for an 8-year-old who has two cats, so I wanted the best toys. I ended up choosing a faux rabbit foot toy with feathers for self-play, a classic "Lambie" plush, and a handmade hemp catnip mouse with a long tail for interactive play. I even learned a lot about catnip, which I had heard of before but didn't actually know much about--this staff is truly knowledgeable! I also brought my dog with me, and not only did he have a blast playing with other dogs, but the store also gave him free treats to try. They even sent me home with some freeze-dried sample treats, which was such a nice touch. The selection of dog toys here is incredible--I'd honestly be hesitant to bring a child in because the toys are so high-quality, they could pass for children's toys! I ended up getting an amazing eco-friendly crocodile toy made entirely of recycled materials. Its legs are ropes for tug-of-war, and its hollow body holds a replaceable water bottle that creates that satisfying crunching sound dogs love. Once the bottle is chewed up, you can swap it out for a new one--such a smart design! This store has everything--leashes, collars, treats, and a huge variety of toys for both tiny and giant dogs. They also had the cutest little plush toys shaped like root vegetables with adorable faces--absolutely melted my heart! Prices were super affordable, too. Honestly, after seeing what they offer, I don't see the point in ordering pet supplies on Amazon anymore. Stores like this deserve our support, and it's a place my dog genuinely enjoys visiting. I was also looking for travel-sized dog food for a trip and found some perfect 3.5 oz pouches for only $2, which I could take in my carry-on. While browsing, I noticed a lot of repeat customers stopping in just to grab their favorite treats from a self-serve treat station, kind of like those bulk snack bins at Sprouts or Whole Foods. Anyhoo, I love them. 1) They're just so darn caring. We met them yeeeeears ago when we lived across the street from their OG location. They were always SO warm and welcoming when we walked in and so helpful finding our baby Jake the right kind of food. 2) Speaking of, they carry the BEST food, treats, toys and bath products for our now two dogs! Psst... they have cat stuff too. 3) Did I mention they are so darned caring? We just went to visit their new spot located right next door to the best vet ever - Paz. Our new rescue dog has been eating grass and apparently not getting enough nutrients so after visiting Paz, we went next door to get some recos from our trusted friends at Prime Pet. Of course, they knew what to send us home with. We picked up some new grub, the boys picked out a couple of treats that smelled good to them (ahem, it all smelled good to them) and we also picked up an adorable squeaky toy that resembles mama's favorite treat - a bottle of Tito's Vodka. ;) I highly recommend making Prime Pet your go-to for pet supplies. If they don't have something you want, let them know! They're also taking all the precautions during COVID so you can be sure you feel safe when shopping.
