This is my absolute favorite place to get drinks!! It is quite far from where I live, but we always try to stop by if we're in the area. My husband doesn't like lemon/lime but even he was convinced by their ice-blended Yuzu drinks! With that being said, the reason I'm giving 4 stars is because lately the price hike for the Yuzu ice-blended float is way too steep. It used to be around $8 (which was already pricey) and now it's about $10 for a drink! It's the only float that charges an additional $2 :(((. We're really sad about this because it feels too dramatic of an increase after one price hike. We came earlier this year and it was still about $8. I was going to get Starbucks for midday pick me up, but I came across this place. Pretty good place if you're craving matcha or want to avoid coffee. They have 3 levels of intensity, the higher the level the higher the caffeine content. They were pretty busy when I went but they were going orders out very quickly. They have a cashier taking orders or you can order from the tablet. The place is pretty small inside so a lot of people were standing waiting on their order, but it's a nice place if you want to sit and do some studying. When we walked in, my friend and I were really excited to try this place. The interior here is really cute with the green balloon arch and neon sign. The bathroom is very clean. You order via the tablet. The menu needs a revamp. We were getting confused by the layout and what we should order. Items that I have tried: -Hojicha tea -Matcha vanilla oat latte -(I think at some point they had a cereal drink under their signatures/specials) -MP3 ice cream All have been great, especially the panda ice cream. The texture of the ice cream was amazing and the matcha 3 was delicious. I have nothing bad to say about this spot however I wish the higher level matchas were cheaper :-( but I digress. I've been here a few times and I have gone to try a few things off of there menu. I've tried their level one and two matcha regular, I've also tried their Ube matcha latte, and their black sesame latte. This place you can definitely taste the matcha in terms of it being forward. Not a watered down drink I assure you. I don't know if they pre make their drinks, but it doesn't matter since the quality you can taste and since I've ordered a few drinks at different occasion I feel like it's pretty consistent. I have not been able to get the ice cream because apparently it's a weekend or certain day thing. The only times I've been here are on a Monday or Tuesday before I go to a dance class. I think all of the drinks are good, but definitely do take their caffeine warning to heart because even though I thought level 2 would be okay when I'm drinking it at 7:00 p.m., I wasn't able to sleep until maybe 1:00 a.m. or 2:00 a.m. in terms of the specialty matcha drinks, I did feel like the Ube and sesame held up well to the matcha flavor. For me personally I liked all of them. It probably just depends on what kind of mood I am. So I don't really have a favorite. This is probably one of the best matcha places in the area or even Orange County Los Angeles so definitely try it out! The person behind the register was very friendly and recommended to try the Ube Matcha Cake (his favorite) and the matcha drinks. I got the Vanilla Oat Matcha Latte and I was very disappointed. It was disgustingly sweet and had no matcha flavor. The cake was also just coffee cake with purple and green dye or what they advertise as "ube & matcha". I don't recommend trying these items at all. My friend got the strawberry matcha and she said she wouldn't get it again. The place is also pretty small and the tables are uneven which makes it hard to set down your food items. You've gotta try the panda matcha ice cream if you're here! It's matcha ice cream with oreos. Great pairing. Their ice cream and soft serve themselves aren't that creamy but their matcha flavor is good. I've also tried a strawberry matcha latte from here. The matcha wasn't as strong as I'd hoped and the strawberry syrup was more sweet than tart (more artificial than fresh). My friend mentioned this matcha cafe after we enjoyed some in Little Tokyo, as it's one she likes to visit closer to home. We decided to go over after lunch/dinner and a walk around Cerritos Park. It's in a small plaza on the far right side. The location is small and quaint - maybe if you managed to beat the crowds, you could sit and enjoy a matcha item while working. It was pretty quiet when we arrived around 6 PM and it picked up as we started to finish our items. There isn't a ton of parking - since the spots are shared with other businesses, you could either have trouble finding a spot or will find one, depending on when you go. The two staff members working there that day were polite and worked quickly to get orders out to customers. My friend got a yuzu matcha float with the level 3 strength matcha soft serve. I wanted the level 2 matcha soft serve, but one of the staff members apologized and explained their machine wasn't working to properly dispense the level 2 soft serve today. I went with the level 3 instead. They're very generous with the sizes for the soft serve - there's only one size available, but you get a lot for what you paid for. If you go on the weekend, they offer the level 2 and level 3 soft serve to enjoy, but during the week, they only offer level 1. Level 3 is very full-bodied - you can clearly taste the matcha flavor, but it isn't bitter. (To me, it's good if you complain about other places offering a weak or watered down matcha flavor to appease the masses.) Definitely would advise you to consume way before bed if you're sensitive to caffeine in the evening if you do a level 3 as it's strong. Consistency is very smooth and not overly sweet. read more

I love matcha and I'm so glad I found this place on Yelp! They have 3 levels of matcha here and ofcourse I went with level 3! I got the matcha soft serve and my friend got the level 2 scoop. The scoop had more of an icy texture but the soft serve is amazingly smooth. Honestly it was kinda too much for me because of the caffeine level and I'm very sensitive to caffeine. I had a terrible nights sleep even tho we had this at around 1pm. However, it's still really good and if you love matcha you will love this place. 7/17/2022 MATCHA ESPRESSO Really wanted a matcha espresso so while I was in the neighborhood, wanted to give this place a try. The coffee was a bit lukewarm, which is why the whole drink wasn't icy cold, even with the ice cubes in them. Overall, the flavor combo was not great. The espresso was overpowering the whole drink and with both bitter flavors of matcha and espresso - it was a very bitter drink that I could not finish. Was NOT good at all. MATCHA ALMOND BLACK SESAME LATTE When it's not mixed, you can taste the black sesame that's sitting on the bottom. They used some pre-made black sesame thing, so you can feel these small round chunks or balls of black sesame, yet it was a weirdly smooth texture that felt like fake black sesame. It was off-putting to me. Once this drink is mixed all the way through, you can only taste the matcha. No hint of black sesame. Japanese matcha bitter flavor came through strong. However, this drink tasted better and had a cleaner flavor over the Matcha Espresso. MATCHA CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE **Must-Try! The best thing here! Light, crispy texture. The texture of cookie really made it pleasant to eat. This cookie would not have worked with a soft cookie. The bitter matcha flavors came through and the choco chip added that sweetness overall. I've tried their iced matcha lattes here a few times and they always hit! I love that they have so many options and let you customize the matcha levels, my favorite are the oat vanilla and strawberry. I always do level two and the drinks have the perfect matcha taste which is really hard to find. The service here is always super friendly and because the cafe is small they are always quick with the drinks! I am only leaving four stars because I do think they're a bit overpriced, I paid $16 for two matchas yesterday which is a bit ridiculous.
