I'm writing this review while sitting in this vibey spot, letting my delicious pho cool down a bit. I came in and ordered some Ramen and said "sorry I'm gonna be blowin' my nose like a real rude dude over here." Server came back a minute later and said "hey, a thought on that ramen- it's got a bit of cream and butter in it. That dairy might stir up your cold even more. How about some nice hot pho!" A reasonable fast-foodish restaurant. I had the Tonkotsu ramen, which might not pass muster in Japan -- the noodles were just ok, and the broth quite standard -- but left me satisfied and no longer hungry. Very strange that they charge extra (and a substantial amount) for things like hot oil (which in other ramen restaurants is available in a free flask on the table), and nori (which in other ramen restaurants is just part of the dish). This should stop! Raise the base price by a dollar if necessary, but it is just silly and weird to charge extra for these things. The service was quick and efficient, but a bit overeager. I was asked if my food was fine about six times, by different service people. The answer is yes. Fine for a quick and entirely tasty meal. Not spectacular but definitely no complaints. read more

KFC "snack" is a great starter, and the options from Pho to Ramen give you plenty of variety to choose from if you want something savory or something a little more aromatic and veggie-ish. The cost of extras like greens or corn or 2 pieces of Tofu is $2 each. As a feedback I would like to tell owners that it is very unrealistic and unreasonable. One of the best things I've had in a long time. Got the seasonal wonton noodle soup as take out after a long day of walking around Boston. The broth was packed separately and wrapped tightly so no leaks. Still piping hot when I got it home and poured it over the ramen and wontons. So amazingly good. This place has delicious food with some vegan options available. Their cocktails and house-made sodas are also amazing. The ambiance is always very chill but also high energy and fun. The open kitchen makes you feel like you are part of the action too. Usually playing some good hip hop. My favorite thing might be the staff. They are always pleasant and helpful, they seem to really have fun at work. The manager, Natalie, is always welcoming and ensures things are right. The bartenders are also fun to chat with when they aren't too busy crafting up some of their signature drinks. Sat there waiting for our pho and ramen that took forever, with the sun beaming at us and the windows dont have antiglare or blinds so sun was just beaming at the tables and us... it was so hot and we were sweating.
