As I was waiting for it to be done my rep and the mechanic come out and tell me I need brakes and if I wanted them to do it. I had hardly used the RV and the mechanic said that sometimes on GMC'S the brake controller is not right. Well I told them I would take it to my mechanic to have the brakes done. After I dropped the RV off at my mechanic ,they told me to come get it that I didn't need brakes . It was 3 or more years later that I needed brakes. Another incident : I had to have a new roof put on RV (over $10,000). About a year after it was done I went in for my forever warranty inspection and was told the roof needed new seals ($1200).How is this possible they just did the new roof less than a year ago. So, I had them redo seals on roof. Now less then a year later I am getting ready for a trip and my bed is wet. I go up on the roof and the seal on fan over my bed is severly cracked. Call General RV and let them know ( they only warranty seals for 3months). There answer was it was a rough year weather wise for seals. How about that for bullshit!!Every year must be a rough year for seal . It's either that or forbid I say maybe they don't know what they are doing at their work establishment. Needless to say I am going to let my forever warranty expire just so I don't have to deal with such incompetence and thievery. It a shame that we RVer's have to deal with companies like this. The difference in professionalism and knowledge was night and day. Andrew took plenty of time with us, answering all of our many questions- sometimes late into the evening and verifying specifics for our rig along the way. Buying our RV was a dream come true & Stoltzfus exceeded our expectations! We are so glad we traveled to the right place to make our dream come true!

I would definitely feel comfortable referring people and purchasing again from Andy. In addition, their Delivery Coordinator, Ernie Sanchez is a great guy and always willing to help. I was getting ready for our maiden voyage to Colorado and we were having an issue with our Insta Hot Water Heater. I called Andy and he got Ernie on the phone right away. Ernie is not fast to say he has a solution, he is thorough and wants to make sure he has a good answer for you. He asked if he could go verify a few items and when he called me back, he had a suggestion. We found the hot water heater valves operate in the opposite direction and suggested I try to reverse them. sure enough we had hot water. The day and trip were saved and these guys care. They want your experience to be great and I believe they try to make it that way, before, during and after the sale. I am very pleased and have driven to Arizona and about to head back home. I absolutely love my RV and am thrilled with my choice of rig and where I bought it from. Go see Andy and Ernie! Your friend Kevin Ginsberg

He stayed after closing hours to accommodate us. We were given a total walk around of the unit, all systems were turned ( A/C, stove, refrigerator, power awning, fireplace, tv, etc.) on for us and was shown how to operate them. We were given a new battery and filled propane tanks. We got a very nice trailer at a great price. We were able to do the financing, trailer insurance and tags right there. We have no complaints about Classic. A 2020 Coachmen would have cost us at least $15,000 more for the same model. Mike offered to sell our old Class C motorhome for us too. We've been RV'ing since 1993. This is probably our 9th RV. We have owned pop-ups, trailers and a motorhome. We have been camping for almost 27 years now so we know quite a lot about them. We know good deals from bad and bad campers from good. Very pleased with our experience with Mike and Classic RV. JW.from Palmyra NJ.

Then after me getting upset because we are over 2 hours away that they would send by usps. And they didn't care if we got it or not. Not to call them back. I asked if it could be sent by fed ex and was told no that would cost them $30. I gladly would have paid the $30 so we can finally get it titled and tags.
