EDIT 2: The creep found me on Facebook and started commenting on my photos, now saying he wants to charge me more for things he did for me as "favors" ... which makes no sense Do not bring your computer here for a diagnostic. It took MONTHS to get my computer back, and it didn't work. Larry told me the tech quit, but my ticket wasn't reassigned, so my PC sat untouched for most of that time. They replaced the power supply, but the graphics card was dead too. I brought it back in, they said they could send it to "a buddy's company that repairs graphics cards." I should have said no. They had the graphics card for 4 months and did not fix it, did not send it out. No updates. I finally picked it back up today, broken. Meanwhile I had to purchase another graphics card because who can be without their computer that long? I have made maybe 50 calls over 6 months, no exaggeration. They always promise to look into it and call me back later that day, but they never, ever call or text back. So I had to keep calling. I really wanted to support a local business, but this became a super frustrating time sink.

The team member I spoke with on the phone was great - they could tell that I was in a bit of a rush and shared an easy, step-by-step guide to sending over the files. Our custom-sized print order was done in around 2 hours - and it was perfect! Just what we needed. On a different note, I think Staples should look into a digital payment link for print orders (especially when they're placed through email). I had someone else pick up the order, and had to coordinate a bit more than anticipated when we realized they had to pay in-person with a physical card. This doesn't detract from the awesome service I received - but it would definitely add to customers' convenience if they could pay in advance!

Glad I took the chance. Rick works on both PCs and Apple laptops. My Macbook Air had a virus which was beyond me. My Mac is an older model but I hoped to get another few years out of it. Rick picked up the laptop, was able to remove the virus, install a new browser (at my request), and do a tune-up.
