I do understand that a business needs to keep customer bookings on time but the experience of being cancelled 3 min in was beyond extreme, that could be the difference between 2 people's watch's. You need to set expectations of how early you want clients to show up and wait so that they will not be considered late and cancelled.

During the rescheduling process, I was reassured multiple times by phone and text that my appointment would still be with the same injector. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that my injector was unavailable and that my appointment would be with a different provider. I was uncomfortable proceeding because I had specifically chosen my injector and had an established treatment plan with her. When I expressed hesitation, I was told I could be charged a no-show fee if I did not continue with the appointment. As a result, I limited the amount of filler placed in my lips because I did not want to alter the results I had been building with my original injector. During the appointment, the provider I saw was very kind and sweet but with the situation I was in it was hard for me to be fully comfortable...... Afterward, I learned that the injector I had repeatedly been told was unavailable due to training was no longer working at the practice at that time. This information directly conflicted with the explanation I was given when my appointment was rescheduled. What concerns me most is not the provider I saw, but the lack of transparency regarding who would be performing my treatment. Patients should be given accurate information and the opportunity to make informed decisions about who performs their injectable procedures. When I later contacted the business to discuss my experience, my concerns were not meaningfully addressed. I believe transparency and informed consent are especially important when it comes to cosmetic injectables, and my experience fell short of those standards.
