I'm always up for a dish with maduros, so I was happy to see this. For our main course, my boyfriend got the jambalaya, while I got the mushroom ravioli. He loved his dish. Mine was decent, but unless you love brussels sprouts, you may find them a bit overwhelming. I found myself wishing I'd ordered the katsu sandwich. (They were out of the maitake mushroom dish that looked interesting.) For dessert, we got the dark chocolate and tahini budino, a rich mousse, and the cinnamon bread pudding that was coved in a toasted aquafaba whip that was just divine. If, like me, you don't drink, you'll be glad to know the restaurant has a few zero-proof cocktails. I loved my Smokey Orchard, smooth drink with zero-proof whiskey, apple, rosemary, and lemon.
