So glad we were able to finally try out this place. Food was AMAZING! Everything we had was so good. Recommend eating everything with the green and red salsa; so good. Owner was super friendly and allowed us to try the jerky. We ended up with several bags of Jerky after the taste test; highly recommend you try their jerky...you won't be disappointed. Tamales are sold for a limited time and helps raise money for local schools. Tamales were 10 out of 10! Best tamales I ever had! Definitely will be back!

Came in to try this new place out. I highly recommend it!!! I had the Breakfast burrito. It was loaded with lots of goodness, Tri tip, refried beans, sautéed onions, scrambled eggs, cilantro, and I added guacamole on a grilled flour tortilla! Yes! Finally a grilled tortilla. Kent ordered the Street tacos with Tri tip, topped with onions , cilantro , lime and guacamole. Several salsa options that were all delicious! Certainly a place in Lowell right off of 71. I would recommend my fellow elite helpers to come give it a try!

I love this place - it's become my boyfriend and my weekly dinner spot! As soon as you walk through the door, you're greeted by owner Eliseo with a warm welcome and easy conversation. Everything I've had from the menu has been delicious - I highly recommend the Burrito Trip, Chili Beans and Cheese, and street tacos! The tri tip is always fresh and perfectly cooked. Eliseo and his wife, Chelsea, also sell the best smoked jerky (the Chili Rojo with Lime is mouthwatering). With so much success, Medina's Tri Tip Company is expanding with customer seating and an additional storefront. I'm excited I'll be able to dine in one day!

Great food and friendly service. I was happy to have another locally owned food option.

JT's Tri Tip Grill has become a staple in my weekly rotation now. I order from there for lunch to-go once a week. I love their tri tip tacos with the green salsa. The flavors are the bomb! I know that was super 2000-ish, but it's the only way I can think to describe how the flavors just POP in your mouth. The tri tip is expertly cooked and seasoned, paired with the freshly-created pico and the deliciously-spiced green salsa. Wow. Just perfection. The flavor is consistent and the delivery is just as consistent. My expectations are always met and satisfied. This is an excellent place. Give them a shot and they'll win you over, too!

Chilli tri tip fries, don't forget the avacado sauce!

Have been going since they first opened and Still one of my absolute favorite places to eat! The quality and service is definitely above par! The tri-tip chilli fries are my favorite especially with the avacado sauce. Also don't forget about their jerky, I would argue some of the best you will ever eat! I would like to also add this restaurant does alot in the community, especially their annual you drive for the kids. I know their prices have increased but to be honest everyone's has. Atleast here you will get your money's worth, and support a small business that gives back to the community!

It's a trash restaurant charging 5 star dining prices. They won't even plate a porterhouse steak onto two plates if you ask. Told us we needed to do it ourselves. She laughed at us and said 'he's not going to do that,' referring to the chef. All the other restaurants that serve a porterhouse do that standard because it's a massive steak that two people share, and they offer before you have to ask. Just snobby and weird attitude about certain things. They also serve a cheap version of Caymus wine, but have it priced like it's the premium version (my friend knows wine). 3.5 hours is too long to wait for a meal, especially on a weeknight when the restaurant is empty. They also didn't apologize, acted like this was completely normal, and said 'we didn't know you were in a hurry.' Really? Pay the same price and pick a legitimate high end restaurant like Sestina, Conifer, Junto, Ruth Chris, or Atlas. This place is a joke and I still get mad when I drive by. No idea how they stay in business except maybe for tourists who don't know how bad this place is until they've wasted their time and money. We need better restaurants in this area.

Well Yelpers, I've found my new fave Northwest Arkansas restaurant! TBH, I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived. It looked like a modernized restaurant with an open kitchen. I opened the door to the restaurant and waited to check in and a handsome young boy asked if I had reservations and I advised I didn't and he asked if I wanted to sit indoor or outdoor. He grabbed a menu and helped me to my table. I was quickly greeted by a staff member and given a glass of water and was told that there isn't an assigned server but that multiple staff members will work together to attend my table. After eating American and Italian food all week on my business travels, I was craving some authentic simple home cooked food and this location brought me virtually home for dinner. For those of you that know me or have been following my review journey, have gotten to know my household ethnicities. When I saw the House 1830 Menu, it was a delightful mix of Vietnamese and Laotian food! The color purple was present from accent walls by the kitchen to my cloth napkin on the plate sets, to the "seasonal" menu font color all tie together with staff uniforms including the outdoor purple umbrella above the outdoor seating space. They even have custom pillows on the bench seating with the House 1830 logos. Susana, one of the owners came to greet me and asked if I've been here before or if it's my first time. She shared that her husband Binh was the head chef today and many patrons typically think it's a fusion restaurant but it's really a family inspired menu that keeps the food as authentic as possible. Binh is Vietnamese and their sister in law Bé is Laotian. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Bé as she was celebrating her birthday elsewhere as she should. Susana shared that her contribution is the inspired cocktail menu...which had so many yummy options that you don't see anywhere else. They had a Lychee Martini on the menu but I see it often everywhere so I ordered the Longan Martini to try and it was delish! I started with my roots and ordered a Vietnamese House Sampler described as a sampling of the crowd favorite starters. Cha Gio | Mini Banh Xeo | Bo Xien Tam for $21. The eggrolls were crispy and had the right amount of filling well seasoned, the Bite-size Banh Xeo shrimp crepes was light and the flash fried marinated beef skewers were seasoned to perfection with a family marinade. Lettuce, cilantro, mint along with the various nuoc cham (dipping sauces) were great! I didn't want to fill up as I wanted one of my favorite Lao dishes Nam Khao - Crispy red curry seasoned rice combined with small chunks of cured pork, and spices. It comes with lettuce, mint, cilantro where you can eat it like a lettuce wrap or eat it as is like fried rice for $18. This light entree for me hit the spot. The staff was exceptional, occasionally stopping g by to check if my water was ok or if I needed anything. I went to check out the bathroom to wash my hands and thought the wall murals were trendy and happy to see the restrooms were clean. I stopped at the open kitchen and complimented the chef and his staff on my delicious meal. They were very cheery and thankful for the compliment. Went back to my table and contemplated another cocktail or dessert but I was really beyond stuffed and figured I'll be back and to save options for my next visit. Chef Binh stopped by my table and we started talking about a little of everything. The restaurant concept, the seasonally inspired menu and to keep things fun for regular diners, shhhh....you didn't hear it from me...but there's even a secret menu that changes often! You'll have to ask or sign up to get the details! You don't get many seasonal menu options from Asian restaurants so I love that they have a seasonal menu and a secret one that only the special members know about! Come check out House 1830! You will not be disappointed yes, I'll be back to visit Binh, Susana and team! Thanks for the hospitality! Thank you, Zerric for the best recommendation! Xoxo

Hostess proceeds to seat us next to the only table with screaming and crying children. We were advised it would be 20-30 mins for any flank steak. After one hour we had one pass of very rare flank, one pass of Picahna that was good, smoked sausage which was okay and dry chicken. We finally got one pass of medium rare flank and Picahna at 355pm. The waitress asked if we were satisfied to which we replied absolutely not. But, we couldn't spend more than two and half hours there waiting. She spoke with a manager in the corner.. No desserts offered. No managers came by to ask about our experience or food quality. The tables nearby also voiced unhappiness with the meat selection/quality and atmosphere. The employees including the manager didn't seem to care. Now, I know why there were so many open tables. We have been here previously and loved the service, atmosphere and quality of meat. The place was packed and the options unlimited. I'm not sure what's going on now but this was the worst dining experience we have ever had. Beware of the front door slamming shut after you enter. It makes a loud noise that scares patrons.

The service started off fine, although the upstairs "patio" is way too hot even though it was only 80 degrees outside. The metal roof "loovers" seem to radiate heat. The wait for appetizers was short, but beverage service lagged well behind appetizers. We ordered our entrees and sides...and then WAITED. From the time we sat down till entrees came out, it was 1.25 hrs!! The restaurant was not busy. Then when we cut into our 6 steaks (not at the server's request, which is often customary at steak houses where we come from (Dallas) 5 of the 6 of our steaks were prepared incorrectly. All were over cooked - whether ordered medium rare or medium rare- all were done well past the requested level. Our waitress promptly and rightfully suggested we send them back. Which we did. Two minutes later, an obviously inexperienced manager shows up and rudely tells us it's "the lighting due to dining outside" that makes us THINK our steaks are overcooked. "Things can look more gray in natural light", he said. Really!?!? We said "excuse us...but no. These were prepared incorrectly." So he VERY reluctantly ordered 5 fresh steaks When those 5 came out, two that were ordered medium were very rare. And had to be returned AGAIN! They comp'ed us dessert as if that was going to make up for the abysmal service. NOT RETURNING - NOT RECOMMENDING.
