I always come here since my partner loves their Mediterranean white pizza. He swears by it. I am not a fan of their pizza...since I really didn't try it. Today. I went to order pizza, French fries, onion rings. The only thing that went bad, I had to wait a longer than usual time. (30minutes). My wait was only because they made a small error on my original order, and had to redo it. But, let me tell you, their service was awesome. The service was awesome, and you could tell that they were upset that they made me wait. I then requested that they make my fries and onion rings again, since they were sitting on the counter for 15 minutes. They remade them and I was happy. When I tried the pizza, an XL pepperoni with sausage, it was awesome. Loved it. Onion rings were also good. And, I'm very picky when it comes to onion rings. horrible costumer service...it doesnt matter if you walk in to order...or ask for delivery!!! i just called in to order 10-15 mins before closing time...the ladys first words out her mouth was... "pick up...or delivery "...i opted for the delivery...than she says "oh well, i think we dont deliver now"!!! so why offer me that as soon as you answered the phone... secondly...i can understand,if the young lady mayve been prolly new to her job/ position...but...what really prompted me to write this "real, and honest review"...is the fact that the lady whom i was on the phone with, obviously asked her higher up/ manager what she should do with me/ the costumer on the line...and she specifically asked her manager if she should just " hang the phone up on me " and the manager obviously told her to do so...and they just hung up on me... without any explaination...or a--- " thank you for calling our place of business and chosing us to spend your money, but unfortunately its too late for a delivery at this time" no...you will not get any curtesy from these people, and its not the first time...it just happend to be the last time for me, that ultimately promted me to write this review... costumers, especially haverhill residents, that have chosen to spend their hard earned money at this establishment "mediterranean pizza / sub shop " in haverhill ma...should be treated with a little more decency than that!!! instead of calling in...and the person that picks the phone up, refers to their higher up, while your on the phone and can clearly hear their conversation, and they just bang the phone on you!!! mind you...their was no prior ill will or arguement or anything...i was a complete gentleman from the time they answered, until the time they just hung up on me, without so much as a " thank you for chosing us tonight, but we wont be able to service you, according to our closing hours"!!! thats the way a business is supposed to end a phone call with a customer!!! and i wouldve appreciated the proper respect, thus making me want to come back tomorrow!!! never again, will i spend my money with these people...i understand theyve been in business a while now...but i dont see how...not with their current staff and management!!! besides that...their food is decent...its good...thats why i always spend my money their...but their " costumer service now a days...is absolutely horrible and makes you not want to do business with them ever again!!! I'm one of the most picky people. I called for extra cheese and mushroom pizza and a large onion rings which was huge and very delicious so good. My pizza I ordered was to be cooked lightly and light sauce. To my surprise it was amazing cooked to my taste. Thank you to everyone at the Bradford Restaurant well done. I ordered seafood combo, Mac n cheese bites and chicken wings. I did not enjoy the batter for the seafood. Poor flavor. It reminded of frozen dinners for seafood. The onion rings were good. One of my favorites in Haverhill to get a Sub or a great pizza. Serving sizes are large. My favorite is the Italian sub with hots and a side of fried mushrooms. So good. Don't forget the pizza as well. Pepperoni is for me. Owners are very nice and welcoming. read more

We just tried something different from our favorite Pizza & Sub shop. I usually get a pizza or steak and cheese, this time I got the steak bomb. OMG it was so delicious it was ridiculous. They forgot the guacamole and instead put a piece of avocado. One of the dubs had an entirely moldy roll on one half. How did they have the conscience to serve it anyway? The food is really good but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I order the Broasted Chicken every weekend for my family. This week I spent $80 on food there. The chicken was burned and didn't taste good at all. I called and the manager said that it's not burned and that's how it always is. It was CLEARLY black and smelled burned. I told him I order it every week and he said he'll send a driver to come pick up the old ones and make new ones. The new chicken came EXACTLY like the burned chicken...burned and you could taste the grease. The problem must have been old oil. I know that it is a pain to change the oil, but don't let customers buy $80 worth of food knowing it will be burned and nasty. This was my last straw here. We've had missing items and they they didn't care. They aren't interested in keeping customers so we aren't interested in spending our money there anymore. read more

Damn, Mediterranean. I didn't want to end things this way but every order I've had this year from you has been absolutely abysmal (for record, I order AT LEAST 1/week). This was the final straw: Paid $25 for a soggy, cold calzone that was missing 2 paid for sides + a flat Diet Coke. The calzone isn't even salvageable because of how waterlogged the bread and severely overcooked vegetables are. I waited tables/worked drive thrus MY ENTIRE LIFE (professionally 17 years) so I sympathize with fellow industry workers during the weekend madness. Things happen, items are forgotten but as a frequent buyer here, EVERY week we place an order, something is wrong. Being from the industry and during a pandemic, I feel guilty to complain but after 48 weeks of constant disappointment, it's definitely not me - it's you. This is for the Bradford location. The food here is really fresh and delicious. Their pizza is Greek style but with extra spices. Yum! It's not Italian style pizza but this is great in its own right. Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau. The owner completely fabricated a story where his manager was cordial and I was yelling. Completely false. They have no integrity, compassion, honesty of morals. Their mistreatment of an older person with a medical issue was appalling. I will continue to follow up with other state agencies. Wow, ALWAYS forget my alfredo sauce, even when you memo it in, they call you to verify too... and show up without it. I tipped the driver 25 percent because it's not his fault but c'mon this happens ALL the time. Read the ticket, it's not that hard kitchen help. My boyfriend had to call back and have them re deliver it. So frustrating. I think I'm done ordering from here after this. What a shame because it tastes so good. read more

I agree with all the reviews. Their pizza is great....especially the rustic style. I prefer their sauce which is flavorful and not sweet. Try the cold vegetarian in a wrap with the fixings and cheese(just a smidgen of mayonaisse). YUM! It's Filling but doesn't stuff you up to the gills. Mediterraneans has been around for years. Their Gyros used to be better but it could have been an off night when I got it. The variety is vast and you are sure to find something. An old Haverhill favorite!!! read more

Too many mistakes! Been going here for literally 30 years. In the past few years, they've been hiring help that just doesn't care, and although the food is good, they just make too many mistakes for me to do business with them anymore. Wrong toppings on pizza or subs, fries when I order onion rings, no bacon on grilled cheese when I order bacon, or just the complete wrong order! I started checking my food before I picked it up the past couple years, but after still finding mistakes and pointing them out at the counter, it's clear they just don't care anymore.
