They upgraded my Chevy HHR to a double-din Kenwood NAV unit with Sirius/XM and Bluetooth, and hooked it up to my steering wheel controls, then gave me detailed one-on-one instruction and linked my phone for hands-free operation. I was having some trouble with the DIY installation of my car stereo and needed some expert help. I called Meece and was told to bring in my car at 10:30AM. When I arrived, I was immediately met by a technician who quickly diagnosed the issue and implemented a simple fix. I was only charged for the part that was added. If we could give more stars we definitely would. Upon walking in, without an appointment, we received above average customer service. Before we even agreed on the system we were going to install, we asked if they had batteries for our remote start keys. He saw our keys were falling apart and went to the back and came back with spare keys and completely repaired our key. We agreed on a Kenwood system to replace our old one and the price was comparable to anywhere else we looked. But you can't get the quality service at a big box store. He had it done in a couple hours and we couldn't be happier. He's an authorized dealer for many brands and he really knows what he's doing. Owner is very knowledgeable in regards to equipment and installation and uses legit components for installation. You won't find any corners cut or shoddy workmanship coming out of their shop. Fees for work performed are reasonable and not at all exorbitant. If you have a budget and speak with the owner or maybe find the same product online for a little bit cheaper, he'll work with you and see what he can do to get your business. And the best part of it all is the level of customer service you get for the money spent. I discussed the installation I wanted, my expectations, and he went over every possible detail I questioned him on until I was comfortable. Nothing but a 100% pleasurable experience in dealing with them. I would much rather take my car to them to have them work on it and I could leave knowing that my vehicle was in nothing but the best hands. As someone who installed their own audio systems for fun, I can say with confidence that Meece will do a great job at installing your car audio equipment. Best Buy? Some other flea market type shop in the AV? I can't say that with any confidence, at best they're a coin toss. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else, and neither should you. read more

I went to the Palmdale Swap meet on Palmdale Blvd to get a stereo put in. After it was installed, my power antenna didn't work, ABS light and check engine light was on. They attempted to fix it but had no luck and gave up. then wanted to charge me for another antenna once they had it in stock. Really! Needless to say, I left there quick, before they could do anymore damage. I then headed over to "Meece Car Audo" in Lancaster, CA. to see if they could fix what the guys over @ the swap meet had screwed up. Immediately was met by Jeff the owner, and his staff who told that they would take a look @ it for me and see what they can do. After taking my car apart, and finding the problem, it was fixed and boy was I a happy camper! Lesson learned.....You get what you pay for. It doesn't get better than Meece Car Audio. I had an issue with my truck where the speakers had a low level static and sometimes wouldn't work, I was trying to sell the truck so I wanted this resolved ASAP so I didn't sell a broken truck to someone. They got me in the next day and found that I had two blown speakers and a broken AMP. Swapped it all out in less than 2 hours and did it for less money than what I could find the products for online! My car had to be taken to Honda and was fixed in those days of the car being fixed Jef and made sure i had a rental car to get to and from work, not only did they fix what needed to be done ,but made sure they took care of me jef personally called me and said he got the car washed. apon arrival to pick up my car all the men were very apologetic they took me outside to show me the work that had been done on the car handed me the invoice with a 0.00 charge i could have cried had his crew even install a Aux cord, I am very pleased with there team and their work ethic. When I was about to pay some lady comes from in and the clerk tells me to move so he can cash her out. Get home with the adapter and it does not fit for my my car or stereo. (Pa Kewwwww) That was the sound of my mind being blown when I picked my car up from Meece's today. To some it up short, take your car NO WHERE ELSE for your audio needs. I have never met a more friendly and helpful staff. Dave and Jeff are amazing, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to give me exactly what I wanted plus more, I didn't break the bank, nor did I have to surrender my first born lol. Dave explained a lot to me about what they were installing, the quality I was getting, and how they would handle the installation. Brian the fabrication guy was awesome, he did an amazing job, everything is hidden beautifully. He fine tuned the settings to my Bluetooth which was very cool of him to do, he also showed me where and how they hid the amps. Very cool and knowledgeable dude. I couldn't have asked for a better guy to fabricate this system into my car. The original two guys who greeted me each day, tho I don't know their name's, which I feel bad about. Were very friendly and tentative. I was greeted each day immediately upon arriving. Allowing me to know these were the right people to bring my car to. Not only did I know they'd due their job, but that they cared about doing a good job and going above and beyond. The ladies who greeted me inside, Nicole and Kelsie(may have spelt that wrong if so, sorry) also were very friendly and helpful. They made sure to keep me informed of my cars status and helped me get a suitable time slot to bring in the car. They where both tentative and on top of things going on each day I visited. After seeing the work for myself, meeting the staff, and driving the car home listening to the new system. I understand why these guys and gals are the best. MEECE'S made my day. Outstanding service! Everyone from the gal at the front desk to the owner of the company. They are honest and will not sell you what you don't need.
