Meece Car Audio is AWESOME! I asked the Service Manager at Rally GMC, Brett Carley, who they sent their vehicles out to for audio installations. Brett told me Meece Car Audio, so I made an appointment for this past Saturday to have my original stereo put back in my Chevy Trailblazer, along with a portable Stratus 7 Sirius radio. Jeff Meece, (the owner), knew exactly who I was as soon as pulled up, and we have never met. They took my car right in, and told me up front that since they didn't know what the previous shop that installed my aftermarket radio had to the wiring they would have to let me know if any other parts would need to be ordered to get everything that used work, back to factory working condition. I really didn't wait long when they came and told me that everything was looking really good. Long story short, I was in and out in about an hour and a half, and left in the best mood I have been in, in a very long time. They got my ignition working correctly again, my bongers working again, and my OnStar working again. I can't rave enough about how great this shop is! The customer service was outstanding!! They all make you feel very comfortable, they are very inviting, and even offer you bottled water. I have never felt so important as a customer. I will NEVER go anywhere else for any of my car audio needs. In fact we will be bringing another vehicle to them for a new radio installation and another Stratus 7 Sirius portable radio installation. I am so glad that I was referred to Meece Car Audio, and you will be too! My boyfriend surprised me with a new sub and amp for my birthday. He told me about Meece and how awesome they were. Not only did they do a fantastic and professional job on my system for my car but they went above and beyond to help us out. They came in at 9 am December 26th, the day after Christmas to install. Everything sounds incredible and they back up their work as well. I went in the following day to meet the people who installed everything to thank them. They were super nice and wanted to make sure I liked it. I have had multiple places install systems on my previous cars and this place is BY FAR the best place I have ever been to. I genuinely feel they are fair and are one of the rare places who care about customers, and not just to get a dollar. They worked fast and efficient yet didn't skimp on quality of work. Amazing customer service. Went in to have a newer radio place in my car, and they were more then happy to help me. I went in the next day because I felt that my radio might be loose and they didn't hesitate to help me. They replaced it with a new kit. I was happy with their eagerness to help me even when they were busy. I then later came in two days later because the kit they used to replace the old one wasn't really appealing to me personally (had nothing to do with their work on the radio) they again being more than helpful switched it out and gave me exactly what I wanted. The quality of work they gave was worth any small problems I had. Their customer service is top notch and makes me happy to do business with them again. I will defiantly come back with any radio or speaker issues I might have. I have a 2007 Toyota Camry and I wanted to upgrade my sound and navigation system into something more modern, so a friend from Toyota recommended Meece Audio. I did some research on navigation systems online for the features that I wanted, and once I arrived to Meece I met a very friendly man named Dave who was able to recommend the perfect Kenwood system for me. Once I made an appointment and had my system installed in just a few short hours by Jesse, Dave was very patient and took his time explaining how the new system worked until I was comfortable using it. My experience has been that Meece Car Audio is a reputable, trustworthy business. We are lucky to have them in the Antelope Valley! They have performed 2 separate jobs for me. Their prices are reasonable and fair and they DON'T play games! Mr. Meece, who owns the business, stands behind his work and has demonstrated a "customer oriented" philosophy. Excellent Service! Quality business! It is so nice (and unfortunately uncommon these days) to find a company with integrity like Jeff and his staff have. They really care about their customers! I showed up from out of town to get a new stereo installed in my vehicle without knowing that I should have made an appointment. I got referred to Meece by two different car shops in Palmdale/Lancaster because my stereo and power locks stopped working. They fixed both in no time, they were super helpful and honest with their work, explained/showed me the problem with the car, and didn't even charge me for the power locks. The two guys who work there are really friendly, and as a woman who knows little about cars, I felt safe going there by myself. I had issues with my car after I left Meece one day and went back to have them look at it. It turns out it had nothing to do with them. I had a part that failed, just fizzled out. So the guys took it upon themselves to fix it for me without charging me!? That's was awesome! Made my day, and it didn't take them that long either. I had a fairly simple stereo swap for my vehicle. Was planning on doing it myself but after receiving a quote from Meece Car Audio and reading reviews, it was an easy decision to let the pros do it. I called for an appt and got one 2 weeks out and let them know if something opened up earlier, I was flexible.
