My complaint is that it took more than 35 minutes for us to get our food/drinks after ordering. We dined in and only ordered 3 things, maybe they are short staffed? We visit this place weekly but most likely will not be returning here any longer. We have put up with dirty restroom, dirty table, dirty work station, dirty tray return area just because my grandma loves this place... but today they really have gotten me upset. We placed an online order today and later found out they don't have one of the item we ordered. I was told to email their company for refund or find something with equal or lesser value. I take that as you screwed up but want the customer to take the loss. Processing the refund should never be this complicated... if it is, then be a smart business person and let me just pick whatever item on the menu. Also, they have a leak on one of the toilet flush. It was not a small leak but literally shooting water out when you push on the flush. My 80 years old grandmother used the restroom and came out soaking wet from head to toe. I notified the manager Jason and all he said was sorry. Nothing else- absolutely no remediation. You can feel that he just don't even seem to care. Modern interior decor with spacious sitting area, very family friendly; and friendly server. Now, the boba tea and shave ice. They are very generous on the bobas, probably the most boba you can as compared to other boba tea places. The regular size is equivalent of the large at other places. Milk tea is up to taste, though not the best. The shave ice is also of generous portion with enticing presentation; one order probably can be shared by 5 people. Horrible customer service. I waited an extremely long time for me order. I decided to go in and ask, they gave me a lame excuse that it was because the waffle I order took awhile, but yet it was ready in front of her face. The girl couldn't find my shave ice order and decided to go back in the kitchen rather than just making my order. It was my first time and my last.... they don't have great customer service, person did not greet us... we literally waited 25 minutes for 4 drinks and two desserts... watching them assemble our order it looks as if they were puzzled on how to make they're drinks.... there were a total of 7 workers... other three was just talking and chatting... the other two was in kitchen area, I understand your closing soon and want to leave but shouldn't customers be first before you are doing secondary duties... and when our order was ready, none of them bother to say thank you for the wait or sorry for the wait.... I come here almost every other day since its opening and I'm a fan of Meet Fresh. My experience tells me that the overall quality really depends on the attitude of the employees. One of the guys at the cash register never showed willingness to work, as if someone is forcing him to be there. Such attitude caused several orders (including mine) to take extremely lengthy wait times. I really love Meet Fresh's items, but currently, service and food quality depends on luck in this location. I usually go to Irvine, however I drove down to meet up with a friend during their soft opening and honestly, this place is so much bigger than Irvines location! I usually pay attention to the interior design of places and absolutely LOVE how high the ceilings are here compared to the one in Irvine. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of the dessert but I can 100% that it tastes great, I got my favorite signature grass jelly dessert and recommend that to anyone who just found out about Meet Fresh! The atmosphere is loud however this is the place to be with your friends and a large group of people when wanting to try an asian Taiwanese dessert!
