High Covid-19 risk!!!! They dont like to wash their hands after each customer !!! I have had problems with them from day one. Dave the owner is a jerk and does not like to take responsibility for his mistakes! He filled my nails twice I went home and then housework and the next day my nail came off and I had to go back because he uses flimsy product! He blamed me as the customer which I don't understand why and today when I went he nor his staff wanted to wash their hands again before they service my nails! I have been visiting this business for about 3 years. At first just going for pedicures. One year ago I added getting Gel polish on my natural nails. It cracked almost immediately. I returned to get it redone. It cracked again. I've never had gel crack before. I ended up having to go someone else and pay for it to be done over I should've stopped but I continued getting serviced here. Upgrading to SNS. Everything was great until Feb 2022. I came in while they were busy and the owner David told me he would start to soak the sns off so that I'd be ready when the tech was finished. He left my nails sitting in the acetone for an hour. Atp they were hurting and extremely sensitive. Karla began to do my service and she end up having to use a warm towel to place on my nails to help them. 2 days later then sns cracked - obviously my natural nails were feeble so I wasn't shocked that they cracked. I returned to have it redone. It cracked again and I refused to go back and place my nails in any more acetone that soon so I purchased some nail glue to use as a temporary fix. I returned one week later and PAID for a new set. Lee Lee (she's the best) did for me. I went my usual 2 weeks and they were still in good condition. I returned for my new set but she was busy so someone did my nails and only dipped my nails 2xs. Today, not even 24 hours later, my nail cracked. I returned and David had the audacity to mention that they said this has happened to me before as if I'm out purposely cracking my nails. I could clearly find something better to do with my time than continually returning to his salon day after day. I asked him to either fix or take off and I'll go somewhere else and that I won't return. As much as I enjoy having Lee Lee do my nails I refuse to give this salon another penny of my money. Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm only giving them the 2 stars off the strength of some of the good techs and service you'll experience but beware. At the first sign of a red flag, RUN. I went their twice today in the pregnant girl keep telling me she busy with a attitude so I go sum were elder tied of it in they mess up my polish on my toes last nite . I went back twice today they said they busy the money hungry in they over charge. Went in and they were slow. We were getting our pedicures and they kept pushing gel on us when we told them no several times! When we moved onto the table for our SNS more customers started coming in do they rushed their jobs and messed up. The owner was doing mine she another lady was doing my friends. They were doing a sloppy job and when we let them know they were like no no just wait. Still ended up with a sloppy job and the SNS literally cane off within 2.5 weeks. It was like gel instead of SNS. They DONT listen! The owner is rude and doesn't pay attention to what the customer wants! And when you give them less tip then they expected they make a big deal of that as well. Be glad I even gave you a tip! Charge high prices for low quality work! Would not go bank again!!!! read more

My mom and I went 6 months ago and they were the best! We had Michael and holly then. But today we went back and sadly they both quit so we had Karla and some other guy. My mom and I both got pedicures and I got a manicure. The total was supposed to come out to $57 since a regular pedi is 20 and my mom got a deluxe which was 25 and my mani was SUPPOSED to be 12 as it said on the menu. Anyways we got our stuff done and they charged us $72! They charged me $12 for my manicure and $15 for my polish? The polish is included with the manicure. They smudged my moms nail polish and wouldn't even fix it for her. And they charged me $15 for my nail polish and they didn't even do it right it's all clumpy. The owner David is so rude he doesn't even make sure to see if his clients are happy all he cares for is the money. Glad to say I'll never go back to this horrendous place ever again. read more

Nail technicians were great! They took special care with my father's feet because he has diabetes. The environment was not relaxing at all. I love me some rap, but not when trying to relax at a nail salon. I was also disappointed the manager was walking around, talking to, and collecting payments from customers without a mask and not standing 6 feet away. I visited this place since they opened and the owner has showed me nothing but a classless experience. I've heard him yell out what ppl were tipping or not tipping. I've seen him replace the staff and talk bad about them afterwards in front of customers. I've had him change prices mid service. I've had him do a full set and 5 nails break!!!!!! I've seen unhappy customers each visit and the last straw was him holding my hand intimidatingly. When you ask for a service, its there job to do it. Let me start by saying it's doesn't seem to be fully open yet. There are TV boxes on the floor. No chairs to sit in while your waiting to be seated. You are literally standing at the door. The staff is having a hard time locating the colors. One staff member took 7 min to look for a color. There is only 2 staff working in such a big place. I think they opened wayyyy too early. This place should be an appointment only place. I was so disappointed after waiting 40 min soaking to get a pedicure. One staff is running to do a brow wax while leaving her pedicure station. She was gone for 20 min doing a brow wax while her other client had a wet towel over her legs. I will not give this place another try. It doesn't look like the staff there are capable of doing the nails that are shown in there reviews. read more

I went in and they ask you to wash your hands which is great. Due to covid. I really liked that. The nail tech that was doing my nails ask me how long I wanted my nails I told her short (I mainly only get nails on holidays and my birthday) so I'm not the typical customer. I asked her about the price for what I wanted she didn't respond I asked a second time and then she said it depends on my length which I guess is fine but most places let you know in advance the price. I payed and still left a tip. But service wasn't 100 % good when I paid I did not get a receipt and the girl acted surprised when I said I needed a copy of my receipt. I only asked for 1 nail to have glitter I was thinking the glitter would show because I gave her an example like the pic in the right and I let you be the judge. I will be looking for another place in the future. Maybe other nail techs do a better job here. Not sure. read more

I had a bad experience waiting over an hour just to be seen but I decided to give them another try, the woman who did my nails did a great job but the woman who did my pedicure rushed and infected my toe. She was sighing the whole time and didn't seem too happy even though it was only myself and one other lady getting their nails done. Almost 2 weeks later my toe is still infected I took a pic right after getting it done so I wouldn't be told maybe it cause by something else. I was also charged $40 for lashes lazily done, I've never had to lay completely on my back for lashes and he forgot to tint my brows. That's not a big deal though, my toe nail is probably going to come off though and she kept digging at the sides of my toe which got done a month before that I even said it hurt. $163 for full set pedicure and lashes. even though she hurt me i still tipped her 10. i do love the aesthetic of this place but that lady really hurt me! read more

I am surprised that this salon has such good reviews. The atmosphere in here is horrible the lights are so bright It makes you wonder if you suddenly got abducted by aliens. There is no music so you can hear a pin drop besides the heavy yelling in a foreign language at each other. So between the sounds of my screams and to ask if I was bleeding as she cut into my toenails I was also having my acrylics yanked off at the same time which was her ripping into them with the clippers and ripping my real nail right in half. All of a sudden it was me and 2 other customers and the owner gets up and asks all the women working about some ticket issue, meanwhile we 3 customers are just sitting there waiting to get out of this white clinical hell....as my feet are soaking in freezing cold water.
