Husband ordered 6 old bay wings. He only got 5 and they were all drums. He didn't bother complaining because he said he wouldn't be able to eat 6 anyway. Only had a little old bay on them, but they were nice and crunchy. All in all, I was excited to try The Grain Table, but can say my first impression is that I'm not a fan. Don't see a need to return for the food, that's for sure. Would think that with an entire menu overhaul and social media rollout to get people to come in, the food would meet expectations. We then wanted to try a cocktail and saw they had a cocktail flight for $15. We really enjoyed the cocktails. It would have been nice to pick out which ones you wanted, but they were preselected. There is a little gift shop which was really cute they don't have food but have some snacks to buy. They do have another location as well at the actual farm, and I would like to gonthere. It is 5 minutes from the 70/81 interchange. A 12 oz pour of most beers is around $7 (which I think is a tad high when you are buying from the source) but it is cheaper than their Columbia location and much friendlier. Lower ABV beers are in 16 oz, pours for a similar price. They also have cocktails and in the summer a smoothie machine of adult drinks. Pizza is also on the pricey side, but it is excellent. (Check out the Tiki restaurant on your way out for more beer and completely different food options.)
