And the fiesta nachos are one of our favs! Loaded with chicken, beef, and shrimp plus basically every topping you can think of. I also really appreciate that they include complimentary chips and salsa, even with takeout and delivery. It's such a nice touch and shows they care about their customers. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions you get. This has definitely become one of my go-to spots. Highly recommend! That would have just been a disappointment. But the fried rockfish taco, meh. It tasted fresh, but it tasted like something had burned in the oil. The fish seemed too chewy, overdone. The coating was overly-hard. The bean and rice burrito was also meh. The dull rice seemed too chewy, either overdone or cooked until it was too dry. And there were only a small amount of black beans, and no added veggies, so there was little flavor. Overall, we were disappointed in the Big Papi's location in Hagerstown. For over $35, we only liked $8 of the food. What was good, was very good. Maybe they were just having a bad evening. We might try Big Papi's again, but probably not this location.
