The cold noodles were refreshing and had a nice firm texture, making them a great starter. The qiao jiao beef stood out with its rich beef bone broth, and both the beef and radish were incredibly tender. The shredded potatoes with vinegar and chilies had a satisfying crunch and a nice kick without being overwhelming. One of my favorite dishes was the tea smoked pork ribs. They were fall-off-the-bone tender and the crispy garlic on top added a lot of flavor and texture. The kung pao chicken was another standout. The chicken pieces were meaty and the sauce had a sweet and savory flavor that actually reminded me of sweet and sour pork, which I really enjoyed. Overall, a solid spot with flavorful dishes and a good variety of textures across the menu. Definitely worth checking out if you're craving Sichuan food in the area.

It wasn't overly spicy, kinda reminds me of zindrew og sauce. Pork jowl was interesting. You eat it as a wrap and add pineapple sauce. I dont think they ever brought us spicy on the side but its okay since we had some spicy dishes as well. Mapo tofu was flavorful but very numbing. I couldnt even tell the lamb eas gamey because my mouth was numb. Which is good because i usually cant handle gameyness. Not really a fan or their taro dessert with the mochi. It was too liquidy for me. 3.5 stars

As my family and I arrived for dinner, we were seated right away. Between the four of us, we ordered five dishes (forgive me I do not have all the names listed on the top of my head)- mapo tofu, string beans, broiled fish, garlic chicken, & spicy bite sized chicken! Each dish was absolutely delicious. If you like spicy food - it was a great balance between numbing and spice. The service was absolutely amazing as well - they always insured that our tea pot was refilled, and that we were tended to. As the check came, our servers kindly wrapped up our food for us! We'll definitely be back next time

The service is consistently great... attentive, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Fair warning for anyone new to Sichuan cuisine, the dominant flavor is "spicy". That said, the dishes are not just about heat... they're layered, aromatic, and incredibly well-balanced. Every dish I've tried has been outstanding, both in flavor and presentation. If you're a fan of bold, authentic flavors and reliable service, this spot is definitely worth visiting. Tip - If you're new to the cuisine, I strongly recommend getting everything MILD spicy. I've been told by some of my colleagues that MILD spicy is still pretty spicy, so be warned. With that said, strongly recommend the dishes below. Lamb with Cumin 11/10 - My favorite dish here by far. Aromatic, flavorful, and the spices are just on point. Dan Dan Noodles 9/10 - Solid and consistently good. The sauce is properly seasoned and truly compliments the perfectly cooked noodles. Shredded Cabbage with Pork 9/10 - Not to be confused with twice cooked pork. This dish is so simple and bland looking, but it's packed with flavor... so good! Garlic Pork Belly 8/10 - This is a cold dish. The meat was perfectly cooked and properly coated in chili oil. Solid and consistently good. Kung Pao Chicken 8/10 - In my opinion, it's an elevated Kung Pao Chicken. Solid and consistently good.

The pork belly is thin cut and tender. 5/5 Boiled fish definitely got me addicted. I enjoy the numbing sensation to my lips. Instead, they called across the room to a coworker to ask if we could be seated. Once seated, we ordered quickly using the iPad. In fact, the two tables next to us were still placing their orders when we had already finished. A staff member even came by to confirm our order, so we assumed everything had gone through correctly. After waiting over 30 minutes, we noticed that tables who had arrived and ordered after us were already receiving their food while we still hadn't received anything. We tried several times to get the attention of the staff to ask about our order, but all four employees we attempted to flag down ignored us. Eventually, one staff member finally responded. She checked her iPad, didn't provide any update or explanation about our order, and simply walked back into the kitchen. At that point, we decided to leave. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and it seemed like the staff didn't want us there. What made it even more noticeable was that they appeared much friendlier and more attentive to the neighboring tables.

The spicy chicken nuggets has the right amount of numbing spice, paired with the crunch of the chicken, and filled with crispy chili pieces. The stinky tofu is fried and pairs perfectly with pungent garlic dipping sauce. The portions are generous and the price is super affordable. Most dishes range from 12.99 -15.99. The duck is around $28 for the whole duck, which is amazing in this economy. It's a small store so seating is limited. I've never personally dined in and always ordered takeout. And the boss lady that runs the front of the house? She is cool, sassy and a multi-tasking queen. You can tell she puts heart and pride into serving the customers and food. They have many classic Chinese dishes at a truly affordable price point. The food: We ordered four different dishes: green beans (v), stir fried egg plants (v), mapo tofu (v), and chicken with rice. For the first three dishes, we clarified with the owner to make this vegetarian (also vegan), which she was able to do very easily and without question. We communicated with her in Chinese, but she also spoke English to us, when we discovered that our Chinese was likely not as fluent as native speakers. Everything was flavorful, without relying on just an overwhelming amount of salt, and we really enjoyed the green beans that seemed to be cooked in fermented bean paste. I found the eggplants particularly tasty too! The service: This small store had so much business, so we did spend some time waiting before we could actually order our meal. The restaurant itself was filled with folks dining in, and there were multiple parties waiting for take out. Even so, once we did order our meal, it didn't take too long for all four dishes to come out. For these reasons, I can't say service was particularly attentive, but they were still polite and I felt like they did try to make it a good experience for us, even if it was so busy. Everything else: They accept credit card with a small surcharge. Parking exists, but during dinner time on a Friday, expect it to be full and very cramped.
