I've been to many other Lee sandwich locations and have to admit most of them don't offer friendly customer service but at this particular location, i've noticed that the cashiers are usually students and friendly. I made a visit since I had a little time for breakfast before I get to work and I've never really have problems before but this time I walked in around 10:30 and luckily, I was the only one there. I ordered two orders of garlic bread, some sesame balls, and Vietnamese coffee with a gentlemen at the counter who was definitely friendly . Not long after more people showed up and started to fill up real quickly. I've seen two or three customers walking out with a couple of sandwiches and coffees, which left me in 10 minutes of waiting then I hear the gentleman asking the food prep in the back for the garlic bread. Everyone looked around and then he had to go help another customer. Another couple of customers walked out with a few more sandwiches still no sign of my garlic bread, then I heard the gentleman asking again if the garlic bread was ready, and I've seen one of the ladies shrugging her shoulders with no answer then he went on to help more customers as the place started filling up more. This went on for about 20 minutes. I finally got tired of waiting, so I went to the side of the counter, waiting for the gentleman to be available and ask him if I can just cancel my garlic bread but he asked me to hold on and turn to the back and ask the ladies in the back one more time if the garlic bread was ready, then I heard older Employee shouting at him, one order of garlic bread and then he said no 2 orders of garlic bread. She repeated what he said and said with a very annoyed tone . He went back to helping other customers, at this point she walked towards what I assuming where the toaster oven is and glares at me. At this point, I was so confused. I asked the gentleman to cancel the order but he was so busy. He asked me to just wait so I stood there for five more minutes. I finally got the order so I decided to just leave with it, but I couldn't help leaving feeling very uncomfortable and confused. I sat there for 25 minutes for four garlic baguettes that take less than 5 minutes to prep while they prepared Atleast 10-15 sandwiches that I watched customers walk out with and then I get glared at by their employee? I didn't yell, complained or gave a hard time. I understand sometimes businesses can get busy but for a person in the front to ask three times for the most easiest thing to make was ready and get ignored, and my order was the very first order before anyone else is absolutely not ok. It's football season. I order a lot of chicken wings and sandwiches from here, but I will definitely visit other place. If your staff are preparing food for customers and they're going to make customers feel like a burden and they don't want to be there to work why are they even there?
