I desperately needed braces, and I loved that this place provide provided both dental and orthodontic care. I spent a lot of time and most of my young adult income having my teeth "fixed" here. It wasn't until I got in a relationship with a dentist and also started working in dentistry myself that I realized the permanent damage that has been done due to going here. I knew nothing about dental care when I was in my early 20s. They ripped out 7 of my natural, healthy teeth and that's something I can never repair. I don't know why they did that but at the time they told me it was necessary to get my bite aligned. My bite has never, and will never be aligned because they ripped out teeth that I needed. I look at my smile every day and often cry because I shouldn't have so little of teeth on my lower arch. The longer I work in dentistry myself, the more angered I become at the care I received here. Surface level, they're nice people, but as for being healthcare providers.,. I will not ever go back.

My husband found Dr Harrells office because it was on the lower level of our chiropractors building. He went in to talk to them and was convinced that the receptionist was the nicest person he had ever talked to. I called their office a day or so later to see if they took our dental insurance plan and after scheduling new patient exams and cleanings, I immediately called my husband to let him know that he was right. Amazing customer service! Dr Harrell was fantastic, their technology is all up to date. Great chair side manners and I felt he was completely skilled. My husband went to his appointment and even though he normally has to take relaxers prior to cleanings and dental work, he now willingly goes with no meds! The dental hygienists are gentle and just the right amount of chatty. They remind my kids of good dental habits, and never chastise or make them feel bad for not flossing as often as they should! I have and will continue to recommend Dr Harrell to friends and family.

They talked me through the process and what to expect--quick poke, a little more energy and wellbeing. And they were totally true to their word. Amelie's hospitality was fabulous--coffee, tea, fizzy water, and a gift bag, plus super-friendly conversation, lots of personal attention, and a totally professional service. I recently had significant dental work done at Salmon Creek Endodontics, including a root canal on…read moremy very front tooth, and I can honestly say my experience with Dr. George was excellent. I was extremely nervous going in, but Dr. George and the entire staff were fantastic at explaining what was going to happen, walking me through my options, and helping me feel calm and informed throughout the process. The treatment itself ended up requiring three visits instead of the two originally expected. The area involved was larger than anticipated and needed extra time to dry properly before being fully sealed. I also had to return once more to adjust some remaining cement that was affecting my bite. While the additional visits were inconvenient, everything was handled carefully and thoroughly, and I appreciated the attention to getting it right. Because I had such a positive experience with Dr. George, I chose to also meet with the periodontist associated with the same practice, Dr. Yang. Unfortunately, that consultation did not go well for me. The recommendations were delivered very abruptly, and I ultimately chose to seek a second opinion elsewhere. I will be working with a different periodontist for that portion of my care. That said, I would absolutely recommend Salmon Creek Endodontics for endodontic work. Dr. George is skilled, patient, and compassionate, and his staff made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier to get through.
