The bar was great with great service and tasty drinks. When our table was ready, we placed an order for an appetizer. Then maybe 5 minutes later we place our food order. We we asked about our appetizer a good 10 minutes later. So when they brought it out it was cold. So we asked them to heat it up. Immediately our orders started coming out one at a time and every single thing was cold. Not barely warm. COLD!! We told our server that the food was cold and she couldn't believe it and took them back. After the 3rd order came out cold we asked to speak to a manager. We don't believe he was a manager because when he arrived at our table he just stood there. When we told him we were leaving and the reason why he just looked at us and said "Okay". Needless to say we won't be back! They were not even busy at the time. Horrible experience and waste of time. read more

The food was good but the service was sub-par. You could tell our waitress was in a hurry and she rushed us along. Also there were some younger kids behind us that were being disruptive and swearing a lot. We don't mind too much about that but had our 3 young kids with us. Terrible vegan pizza.....Terrible service.... I ordered and paid for the Vegan pizza at 11:00 am for a 1300 pick up. Walked in at 1310 expecting the pizza to be ready and no one had a clue that an order was even made...Then I was told that the pizza would be ready in 10 minutes, as if it was in the oven..Pizza was finally ready at 1340...It was overcooked with burnt crust that was stuck to the paper and the paper was stuck to the box....This was iin Statesboro, Ga. $15 bucks and 35 minutes wasted...I threw the thing in the garbage...Wasnt even worthy of a meal for my cat. read more

Stopped in for our 39th anniversary. We were headed downtown and saw your establishment and having not been there before we would give it a try. The Artichoke Spinach dip was extremely good, and my wife's drink was very good. But then came the house special pizza large. It looked good until you looked at the crust underneath. It was just a couple of seconds cooking time from being very burnt. We asked the server if this crust was normal and told it runs on a conveyor and yes that was normal. If you took a bite with the topping down the pizza was good, if put into the mouth normally a burned taste struck the tongue. Visited 10/9/21 ticket number 40034. We ordered take out on our way through Paducah, and were very pleased with the Greek Salad and the Ritz Burger. The salad was tasty having substituted spinach for the lettuce and using an herb vinaigrette. And the burger was absolutely delicious. The first time we went was fantastic. This was our second and last visit. We waited for 10 minutes to be seated only to wait another 20 minutes at our table with no service. They need more staff and better communication when someone is waiting to be served. We were seated in a back corner where I doubt anyone saw us. read more

The food here is good, we liked between ate and we ate every bite. The 2 stars is due to the service which started out good but went downhill fast. Our server explained the menu & the amount of time It would take if we ordered pizza, brought us our drinks & took or order. Someone else brought us our appetizer & salad, then after about 45 min we got our pizza. Our server said he would bring us more to drink, we had already been empty for over 15 min, another employee noticed our empty glasses & refilled them. Several min later our server came back, still no drink refills & left us our check. After waiting for 10 min for him to come back so we could pay I went to the counter & attempted to pay, the kid working the counter (where people were paying for their to go food) said I had to pay my server. I tried to explain that our server wasn't coming to check on us so we could pay, he just stood there staring at me so I went back to my table & waited for our server who finally showed up & took our payment. The reason for 3 star is we took a group of 25 in there last week on Sunday night and we walked in at 9:10 and they had to go ask the manager or someone if they would even serve us!! The closing time is 10:00!! Finally when they reluctantly seated us, we were informed that we could not order any salads!! That is not good business! If you are open until 10 you should be prepared and happy to serve customers up until then, otherwise change your hours!!! read more

Everything i have had here is excellent BUT dont go during lunch and expect to be done in an hour. Not sure why, but even when the place is mostly empty, i can order a hogie and it will still take 1 hr to come out. This has happened many times. If you have time to wait, you wont be disappointed but you should probably bring a book. read more

I just had a great customer service experience. There was a problem with my call in order and the guy who seemed like he was in charge went out of his way to make everything right. Well...where to start. First of all the place looks great. The artwork and incorporation of Coke a cola throughout was really neat to see. After a few weeks we finally got in on a Monday night. The place looked about 3/4 full but still waited about ten minutes to be seated. As we were being seated our table still had not been cleared. So we had to wait another several minutes to be seated. No big deal. The waitress was very nice and pleasant. She told us the there was a 50 minute wait on any pizza so she would enter our pizza as soon as we ordered. We already knew what we wanted (since we looked at a menu while waiting.). So we ordered our drinks, pretzel bites, and large might meat (?) pizza. Soon we had our drinks and in about 15 mins we had our pretzel bites. The bites were pretty good but just a little under done. But being hungry we scarfed them down. Then we waited.................and waited.........and waited some more. We finally asked about out pizza about 45 min in. The waitress said she would check and then told us it was being "topped?" and was heading into the oven. After another 15 min we asked again and the waitress sent a manager over. She went to check and said it was in the oven and should be out really soon................about 15 mins it finally arrived. The toppings were very good and was piping hot. But somewhere I missed that the crust is not the normal white pizza dough that one typically expects on a pizza. It was a darker whole wheat dough or something. It definitely taste different that a normal dough. Some may like it but i didn't care for it. The manager did come back and apologize for the delay and gave up $10 in mellow mushroom bucks. So overall .....it was way toooooo long to wait for a so-so pizza. Crust was not may favorite. However the staff was great and very professional. I can say now I had Paducah's Mellow Mushroom........but don't think I will be back anytime soon. read more

We love this restaurant. The aspects of the old Coca-cola factory they incorporated are fantastic and the food is phenomenal. The Holy Shitake pizza and The Great White pizzas are so unique and delicious! We try to hit them at least once a month and we live an hour away. A few days ago, I passed through Paducah on a frequent road-trip. There is a park in Paducah and it makes a nice stop-over for my nephews to burn off energy. Afterwards, we look for a place for lunch. The boys wanted pizza, so we gave Mellow Mushroom a shot. All I can say is -- WOW! -- this was some of the best pie in my life. So much flavor. NOTE: If you go to Mellow Mushroom, understand that it is a legit pizza joint, and good pizza takes time. This is a sit-down type establishment. It takes 20-25min between when an order is placed and when a pie is down. Don't expect Apple Bee's style microwaved-entree quickness. That's not this place. And a big shout out to our server, TINA, who was agreeable, attentive, and just as welcoming as they come. The food stands on its own, but the staff is what really makes you want to come back. PROTIP: For a two topping pie, try the carmelized onions with sausage. The sweetness of the onions is a good contrast to the salty sausage. read more

What a disappointment. I have carried out many times and have been very happy. However, this time we met friends for dinner (9 people in total) and it was horrible. We placed our order mobile with the understanding that it would be hot and ready by the time we got to our table. After waiting for 45 minutes after being told by the manager it wouldn't be any longer then 30 minutes we arrived at our table and our food came out instantly. Would have been amazing and super impressed if EVERYTHING wasn't cold. When your bill is well over $100 or $5 it really needs to be good. The ONLY reason I am leaving 2 stars is because the waitress was good and honestly had nothing to do this the food. Best of luck of this one. read more

This is a great addition to Paducah, inside the old Coke Plant. 48 beers beers on tap and great pizza and wings. Kim is usually behind the bar and is always friendly and attentive. This place had a few hiccups at first but in my experience they've worked through all that. Service is usually quick and the food arrives promptly. read more
