I wouldn't say this location was quite good compared to other Mellow Mushrooms in Florida that I've been to in the past and never had any issues with those locations. Here's why I gave this Mellow Mushroom location a low star rating is due to the quality of service from the staff like for an example my mother's cobb salad had feta cheese all over it and my caesar salad didn't have much of any salad dressing just had the salad, some croutons and rest was cheese all over it. The service from the staff was hit and miss the waitress came by only twice to check on everything then no one came back except to drop off the bill in which they didn't tell anyone they charge a percentage fee over the bill cost. They need to tell their customers/guest about percentage fee they charge when paying by debit/credit card. For what the bill cost $70 dollars for four people I would expect better service and better quality of food taste. The sweet tea tasted waterdown and same with the unsweet tea my mother and I wasn't offered anything else in place of our drinks. If someone pays for this high of a price for a group of four people or more the customer/guests would expect to get better outcome on how the food taste and same with drinks. I've been to other pizza restaurants around the states I know what pizza and salads are suppose to taste like but this pizza and salad should never have been served to a customer greasy, over powering on the sauce when the pizza was suppose to be light sauce. Keep in mind if you have a children/kids and you get seated at a table close to the bar just be careful the language from the guest does get nasty like our experience and the management and bartender was allowing the people to continue on with the foul language nobody wants to hear it. Ambiance is casual but extremely noisy from how close you are next to other customers/guest especially around the bar inside of this location.

EXTREMELY disappointed in my experience. Arrived at least an hour and a half before closing and was told they couldn't seat us due to a "maintenance issue"... there were guests seated without their food yet and employees still making food so clearly the kitchen was still open and working. Plenty of seating available. Plenty of employees. Drove over an hour and waited in traffic to specifically come here and this location. The employees could barely get it out and avoided eye contact when saying they were closing early... extremely disappointed in my experience as someone who comes here frequently, along with a bunch of my family members. Will be taking business elsewhere that appreciates business and prioritizes customers, instead of closing early. Lost out on a big tip. Btw this is the last pizza I got here and if you've ever heard of the Chuck E. Cheese pizza conspiracy... it looks like something similar was done with this lol

Mellow Mushroom did okay today. I wouldn't say great, but it was pretty good. The Caesar salad is always good here, and today was no exception. I always order their Caesar salad, because it never disappoints. I also made my own calzone with jalapenos, mushroom trio, pepperoni, meatball and black olives. It was a very large calzone as you can see. However, both ends really didn't have any toppings in them, but I know that is pretty normal in a calzone. I will say I was not really a fan of the sauce at all, it was VERY thick almost like just eating tomato paste. They have a great beer selection, so of course I had to take participate. The biggest issue was when the bill came it was like $52 after tip. Apparently it adds up quick when you build your own. I did have 2 beers too, so partially my fault. I will say I did have a decent portion left over for lunch the next day. Overall, a decent visit.

The owners and bar was such a vibe! Definitely try the super pepp pizza and their fun drinks. We came in late and they stayed opened. It was so good! Definitely will be back for more!! Highly recommend this spot for drinks and 'Za

Apparently I came on one of the busiest nights because the parking lot is filled! Luckily my friend was able to get us a table by the time I found a parking spot. So trivia night is on Thursdays.... hahaha now I know! We got the pretzel with cheese dip, bruschetta, and a medium mighty meaty pizza. I can honestly say I was not disappointed with any of it. Yes we ordered a lot.. but who doesn't love cold pizza the next day? Service was great, everything was served in a timely manner. It was fun trying to guess trivia answers even though we weren't even playing really. The atmosphere is great, everyone was having fun and it was exiting watching our neighbor yell when she got the right answer. I've been to several locations in Atlanta so i was delighted to see a mellow mushroom in Warner Robins. I'll be coming back, maybe I'll play trivia next time.

I was visiting from out-of-town and amazed at the size of this establishment was. While it was not crowded, if it was you still would have space to not feel cramped. This Mellow Mushroom has the perfect setup for a sports watching event as well as a afternoon pizza run. The customer service was very good and the food was prompt. The pizza was satisfying to my tastebuds and the oven-baked wings were a delight. Although, there is really no wow-factor with pizza and wings, this Mellow Mushroom did nothing to not deserve 5 stars. Definitely a stop by and say hello spot!

Bad day at this mellow. The one star is for the beverage selection. Ordered a half chix cheese hogie no peppers extra cheese... it came with peppers no extra cheese. While I was distracted with that and eating my whole steak and cheese I realized it wasn't steak but chicken... a whole chicken sub....really they made those mistakes right by charging me for a chicken not steak sub. Sad sad sad as a regular mellow customer at many stores around our great country I am thinking this was the worst experience. read more

I ordered the spinach artichoke dip online from Here and the portion was not enough and much smaller than why they have in store. There wasn't enough for all the toasted bread that came with the order. Would not recommend takeout from here! read more

we eat here quite a bit after Church on Sunday, it is usually pretty good. This past Monday, 12/26/16, it took us almost 2 hours to get our food, bad thing is the restaurant wasn't that crowded as we didn't get there till 1:00. The food wasn't bad but who has 3 hours to go out to eat. We have always enjoyed Mellow Mushroom but will not be coming back to this one anytime soon. Service was absolutely horrible. read more

This restaurant is a place that should be avoided. The dinner tonight was marginal at best. Mello Mushroom is usually a place that I enjoy eating. This particular store has a definite management problem. Servers are poorly trained. Management and representatives are rude and unresponsive. This store is a corporate nightmare. I have stepped into my last Mello mushroom tonight. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this operation at all costs. This store must be avoided. read more

We were seated at a wobbly table in the back that had a huge chip in it. Our server came out right away and took our drink order. They have a great selection of beers. The drinks came out quickly and we ordered an appetizer and pizza for dinner. Then the wait began. I guess it was only twenty minutes or so, but that still seems like a long time for pretzel bites. They were excellent, though. Really tasty Be sure to get the cheese with them (even at an additional $2.99). Three bites into our appetizer, the entrees came and then we struggled to find some space on the table. The pizza is great. Plenty of toppings and a great tasting crust. I like a little more sauce, but they were still great. I got a Mighty Meaty and my husband ordered the House Special. The server was super friendly and the décor is a lot of fun. Just be prepared to wait a while for your order. I think next time I would just place a carry out order. read more

Went here to watch a football game so I ordered a pitcher of 312 Goose Island. That one pitcher cost me $24.99....... I didn't realize I was in Hollywood. Even tried to talk to the manager but she wasn't any help. read more

I've never been disappointed with anything I've ordered from Mellow Mushroom. The pizzas are always amazing! Along with that, I'm a dipper and their ranch dressing is awesome. The mushroom soup is very good also. Excellent selection of CRAFT BEER!! Need I say more? Great outdoor patio and friendly staff. It would be nice if they had WiFi. Went to the Mellow Mushroom and we each had a half sandwich and they were delicious. Wife had the crumbled sausage with green pepper and onion and I had the meatball. The only warning is that if you want a beer be sure to have your ID - I am 71 so it should have been apparent that I am of age. read more

This is the best pizza you are going to find in this town. The eclectic menu offers traditional toppings and favorites to more exotic creations that offer something for anyone and everyone. I recommend the pretzels and the kosmic karma pizza. Trust me... You'll thank me. read more

Recently moved to the Warner Robins area from Northern Virginia. Was hoping to find a good NY-style pizza (southern Jersey style or just that nice crispy, thin, chewy crust). Mellow has received the best reviews so I tried them. There was one near where I used to work in VA but I never went there...but the parking lot was always jam packed. I felt the people that greeted me and took my carry out order were very nice and pleasant. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni tasted good but the rest of the pizza was rather bland. Had to put hot sauce and parmesan cheese to give more flavor. My least favorite part of the pizza was the crust. I think the thicker part was definitely undercooked....just too doughey. If I were to try this place again, I would ask for the pizza to be cooked "well-done".....ie. I would like to see some black on the bottom. My quest for good NY-style pizza continues and I think I'll have to venture outside of Warner Robins to find it. read more

This place has delicious pizza! They have a variety of pizzas or you can build your own. There is other food on the menu besides pizza. Also, they have a variety of beers & mixed drinks. You can eat inside or they have a patio. Yummy pizza & friendly people! We are definitely going back! read more

I was skeptical at first since moving from CA. We weren't really sure about this place until we had their pizza. I am so glad we live just a few blocks from this place. They have a great atmosphere, good bar, good drink selections, and did I say tasty pizza?! Their pizza is really good. I love specialty pizzas especially the Maui Wowie. Their pizza crust is also good as it is not too thin/thick. Overall, I am glad that we have this establishment in this side of GA. read more

Not bad. The first time I went here, I had a hoagie and it was OK. The real star for me was their spinach dip! It was creamy and delicious with heavily seasoned garlic bread. My buddy got the Hawaiian pizza and loved it. So, the next time we went, we had to get the dip again and split a Hawaiian. He was right! It was very good. When you go to a pizza place, order pizza. Derp. The pricing is a little on the high end, but the atmosphere was cute and the wait staff was adequate. Also, and this is very important, it was very clean there. Seriously, I can not stress enough how important this is. If you don't believe me, walk into the Pizza Hut on Russell for about five minutes before you go to Mellow Mushroom. Night and day difference. Actually, I take that back...if you go to the PH first, you might lose your appetite. read more

You know when you visit a restaurant and you find something that's so fantastic that you never want to put it down? Well that's what my wife and I have found here. I get the Steak & Cheese hoagie and she gets the Mushroom Club. So deelish! Great atmosphere and a great selection on-tap. You cannot go wrong with MM. read more

3.5 Stars Tried the cajun pizza and made a pizza of our own with the jerk chicken as one of our toppings. The pizza had a nice crust to it, not too thick or thin. The beer was cold and the service was fast and friendly! We ended up staying there a bit late, but they never tried to force us out! read more

Bartender Dana is great! That's why I rated it 2 stars rather than 1. Manger comes up arms crossed rude as can be and says there is no vaping in here! Also no wifi!!! 2015...this place is stuck in the past. read more

Dipping sauce we chose was the Chipotle ranch- yum, and a none-to-mild spice level! What would make it a 10: more chicken, no beans. Super upset that everything I ordered had black beans in it and NOWHERE in the menu descriptions said that there was black beans in ANYTHING. Had they included it on the menu and I had known each of these dishes had beans- I would have never ordered any of this food and would have picked other menu items without beans in them.

Half of us then ordered Sundaes. I got a Chocolate Brownie and my mom got the Strawberry Dreamcake. Everyone loved their food, especially the family members that were experiencing Freddy's for the first time. The interior was very clean...I didn't use the restroom so I cannot comment on that. All were cooked decently. We will not be back. Stay away. This was our first and last visit to a cookout.

Update: the owner of this mellow mushroom is a real piece of work. She is now stalking me on yelp and commenting on my reviews of different restaurants. She recently commented on a review I placed on another restaurant 100 miles from her restaurant. This woman appears to be very unstable. I think her comments to me speaks volumes to her character. Definitely not someone I want to give my money to. -------- Update: Yes Cynthia S - You are the unstable owner that I am referring to. I reported this incident to mellow mushroom corporate. Great environment for a Friday night date. Bar tender is efficient but there was about a thirty minute wait for a table so we just set up shop until our name was called. Service was a bit slow as it took time for our waitress to get to us and get our drinks and apps out but everything was perfect just as ordered and tastes delicious. Only downside is parking when busy like that is hard to find as there aren't many spaces available. read more
