I was able to pre-order the pork shank prior to arrival so I wouldn't wait the full hour to cook. We also ordered a sausage appetizer and pretzel. All were great! I was very impressed. By that point, I was completely put off and declined the replacement. I understand mistakes happen, but cleanliness at a bar should be the bare minimum, especially when it comes to drinkware.
