    Pasta with butter
    Faith M.

Went for lunch two days ago and dinner tonight. Had the scoops chicken salad with poblano pepper soup and fruit. Other than the bed of lettuce being slightly brown in one spot, everything was good. Excellent value for what you got. Service was good. For dinner I had the salmon with rice and veggies. That was very good. My mom had the walnut salad with salmon. She forgot to tell them no feta, but our server took it back and had it remade pretty quickly. The walnuts were delicious. My teenage nephew had pasta with butter. It was a small portion so he ordered another, but it was inexpensive. Very reasonably priced wine by the glass. Nothing fancy but fine. Our server was great. Another meal that tasted good and was reasonably priced. If I lived here I would frequent this place.

Fantastic PLUS!! If you haven't ever tried this quaint little restaurant you are completely missing out. From the appetizers to the desserts, they were right on point. Servers were helpful and friendly. Appetizers MUST do- the warm Brie with apples and pecans. Their risotto is phenomenal. Please save room for dessert! OMG- the homemade carrot cake is served warm with their fresh icing. A plus, plus!!!

First off the food is amazing and a great price. They have excellent service with a very a sweet staff. The restaurant is cutesy early 2000s Tuscan vibe. We had the spinach artichoke dip 9/10 French onion soup and tomato bisque for starters all delicious. Lobster ravioli and chicken carbonara were to die for...... and all the deserts are delicious!

Pasta wasn't cooked all the way also the sauce when I first opened it wasn't even on top of the noodles it was on the side, the mozzarella was soggy asf and it was only a 7 min drive to my house, I didn't get my ranch nor my crab cakes (I ordered to-go) and the bread for the spinach's and artichoke dip is a little burnt, and the dip is salty asf and it's oily too and taste sour. I don't recommend going here at all.

Went to Tuscany Bistro on a Friday afternoon for a late lunch. Place was pretty quiet at the time, but we enjoyed the privacy. Inside is clean, quiet and has some TVs playing on the back wall. We were well taken care of by our waitress during our visit. For food, my wife and I ordered the Carbonara with chicken and Fettuccine Alfredo pastas. The food was delicious! We expected them to be good, but both plates exceeded our expectations. At the end, we managed to get a free dessert from the manager who honored a Yelp coupon the restaurant used to offer (she said the old owners did this). Overall, a very pleasant experience and we'd recommend Tuscany Bistro for a nice Italian lunch or dinner!

I've been wanting to try Main St. Bistro, so when my sister suggested it for Easter, I was down. We had a party of 7 (5 adults, 2 kids). We got there around 1:00 on Easter Sunday & didn't have to wait long even though it was busy. A man took our drink order. My brother-in-law asked to go ahead & order two appetizers. Our waitress, Natalie, came shortly after, introduced herself & confirmed the appetizers. We were brought 4 small cubes of banana bread, which felt weird since there were 7 of us. My toddler & my niece both had a whole one. The other two were split between 4 adults. My brother-in-law didn't have any. The appetizers came out fairly quickly & were gone just as fast. We finally ordered right at 2:00 after a little wait & indecisiveness. Then my son was done sitting in a highchair. My husband and brother-in-law took the kids outside. They played for a bit & walked two laps around the whole strip center. They came back, still no food. My son had a complete meltdown since he was both hungry & now tired, my brother-in-law asked if there was any way they could just rush my son's food. They did and he started eating, everyone was so hungry that they had some bites of his food as well. My mom went to ask the manager if our food was close to being ready. The answer was no, there was a whole list of orders ahead of ours. The manager was kind enough to bring us some spinach dip & apologized for the wait, explaining she was dreading today because the kitchen wasn't equipped for the Easter crowd. She assured us that they were working as fast as possible & we appreciated her honesty & effort. My mom went to her car & asked us to let her know when her food came. Our food finally started arriving at 3:17, and not all at once. My sister's meal came last. By this time my son was done & was getting restless while we had JUST started eating. The food itself was disappointing. My sister and I both ordered Benedicts. Mine (Boudin Benny) wasn't hot and was mushy instead of seared. Both of our poached eggs were undercooked. My sister's also had a large amount of cream cheese that wasn't listed and didn't taste good. Other issues: my mom's fries were cold, my brother-in-law said his chicken fried steak was no good. He ate it because he was hungry, and while my husband liked his sandwich & was happy with it, his fries were cold. My niece enjoyed her burger. My son's shrimp, fries, & macaroni were all hot and good... likely because they were rushed for him. It was 3:45 by the time we left. They close at 3. We received a 40% discount, but there was also a 20% automatic gratuity added, which some in our party didn't expect. Here's where they earn stars back... Natalie was great! She took great care of us & kept apologizing for the delay. We could tell that she felt bad, but it was not her fault. The manager also came by checking on us multiple times & got us settled as best she could. She brought us spinach dip while we waited & she made sure that my toddler got food very quickly after being asked about it. She did thank us multiple times for our kindness & patience. As did Natalie. I too, was appreciative of the kindness they showed us. Most of us have all worked in food service before & we understand that the wait staff can only do so much. We also understand being slammed in the kitchen & how fast paced they have to work in order to handle rushes. I appreciate the 40% discount... 20% after the tip. This review was based on one trip & I will update my review if/when I return. But this visit was definitely not a great experience & if it weren't for the kindness, I'd be leaving one star.

When we heard about the Buffalo Trace Bourbon Night, we saw it as an opportunity to give Opus a second chance while enjoying an event centered around one of our interests. As a bourbon enthusiast and collector with more than 120 bottles in my collection, this was a special event that I had been looking forward to for over a week. About a week and a half before the event, I called and made what I believed was a reservation. During that call, I specifically asked whether my wife could attend and have something other than bourbon. The young man I spoke with even put me on hold and checked with someone before confirming that would be fine. At no point during that conversation was I told that I was being placed on a waiting list rather than receiving a confirmed reservation. When we arrived the night of the event, we were handed a drink and then informed that we could not enter because there was no space available. Standing there with a drink in hand only to be told we were not actually admitted to the event was embarrassing and frustrating. We had planned our evening around this experience and were excited to attend, only to find out that what we thought was a reservation was apparently a spot on a waiting list. What made the situation even more disappointing was the lack of effort to make things right. Mistakes happen, and most reasonable people understand that. However, there was no meaningful attempt to accommodate us, no alternative offered, and very little acknowledgment of the inconvenience and embarrassment caused by the situation. The food itself remains what I would consider average--certainly not bad, but not memorable enough to overcome the customer service experience. We ultimately left and went to Kemah Steak Company, where we enjoyed excellent service, great steaks, and some outstanding Garrison Brothers bourbon. Ironically, the evening we had hoped to spend at Opus turned into a reminder of how much good service and customer care matter. I wanted Opus to prove my first impression wrong. Unfortunately, this experience only reinforced it. For a restaurant hosting specialty events, communication and customer service should be just as important as the food and drinks being served.

It's truly such a good spot for pizza and pasta and reminds of me of Jupiter & Pizza Waffles in Sugar Land in terms of atmosphere and vibe. Everything comes out hot and fresh, and the pizza is always as good as I remember it. I had the Bolognese for the first time this visit and it was delicious. We were impressed and were laughing about our surprise. The KJ walks up to us and tells us almost verbatim "if yall are gonna be yelling, do it somewhere else because it's disrespectful to the singer" like we're watching a Michael Jackson kill a rob zombie song when it was okay at fkn best. The singer gets off the stage, looks at us and says "thanks for the applause." I said "hey I think your song was great," immediately responded with "yeah, whatever," to which I said "hey man I'm tryin to tell you we liked your song, why is that an issue?" The bartenders seem hostage, we ended up leaving fast after the fact. I was side eyed for asking for a tequila shot, the only one I ordered tonight. The fries are also well seasoned and tasty. Highly recommend. I ordered the Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken. This was absolutely fantastic. Served over a bed of sauteed serrano slaw (which was amazing, I usually don't like slaw), this delightful concoction was stuffed with cream cheese spinach artichoke and cream cheese with a balsamic glaze over the top. It comes with very good mashed potatoes. I don't like most restaurants potatoes, so that's a bonus win. Really enjoyed, would get it again. The beer! They have a really good menu that rotates.
