I suggest to download the app to be able to rack up on rewards. We used the touch screen to make our orders. The lemonades were good (plain and guava). The food took a while to come out but in their defense it was a bit busy. Our spicy chicken sandwhich didn't have cheese as it wa supposed too. The burgers were dry except for the Korean and slaw one. The fries were soggy. Idk if i would try here again

Nice to see all the NYC imports inhabiting the Westchester Mall! Before Melt Shop came here, the only thing they were known for was grilled cheese (which they discontinued a favorite one of mine, but I digress). I have been here a few times since they opened but most recently I ordered off of the app. Note: they won't call out your name when your pick up time comes so make sure you alert them you are there. I made the mistake of waiting a while but my food was stored in a heated space. I ordered the wings and loaded tots, which were both very good. Buffalo sauce is hot and spicy and dare I say messy of course but great none the less. I will be back!

Melt Shop is an NYC grown fast casual brand owned under portfolio company Aurify, which also manages Le Pain Quotidian, Little Beet, Five Guys, and of course, Melt Shop. They specialize in grilled cheese and cheese-adjacent sandwiches like chicken and burger melts. They have a nostalgic tater tot side dish, but upgraded with bacon, jalapeno, and varieties of cheeses, if ordered. The fried chicken sandwich is crispy, tender, and surprisingly juicy. Well accentuated with the acidity from the red cabbage slaw and bolstered/richened with the thick spicy sauce. It's messy, but to be expected. And it's hard to ever go wrong with crispy fried potato pillows adorned with Parmesan cheese and parsley. The portions are large and the food is rich, which helps to justify the healthy prices for a sandwich.

This is one of the few food spots open on the food court right now so we decided to grab a bite to eat. I had the classic and my friend had the classic with bacon and we shared some loaded tots. The food was good and filling and very heavy. It was just seriously overpriced. The wait was also extremely long. But, the food def hit the spot and filled all my carb cravings! the chiptole ranch salad here was BUSS that i had to install yelp to write a review. the avacado, the bacon, the crunch of the fresh lettuce, and the crispy chicken, PERFRCTION. if i could marry food i would marry this.

Decent food. I enjoyed my sandwich but it definitely wasn't anything worth dancing about. For the price, I could have used more meat between the bread but the flavor was on point. The acid from the onions helped with the amount of cheese on it. The tots were kind of dry, though. Bummer.

This was my first time trying Melt Shop. The sandwich is a genuine 10/10. Very crispy and not too spicy but a good amount. The sandwich is good and crispy even when it's cold! Compared to other chicken sandwiches i've tried it's definitely on top. For it to be such a simple sandwich and be that good. I'd definitely recommend.

First let me point out that melt shop and melt sandwich shop are different places. I didn't know this until we were on our way and realized I had been looking at the wrong menu for half of the day deciding what I wanted to eat. The melt shop (this) is located in the mall food court. Anyways, this was one of the worst experiences I've had getting food in a while. There were at least 5 people working but we were only able to order food on the machines for some reason. Fine but just weird. We waited over 25 minutes for our food. They ran out of fries, coke, and the bun that my sandwich was supposed to be on. We asked for a cup of water and the guy laughed at us and said 'we don't do that'. He gave me a huge attitude when I asked for a fork. The cheese on our cheesy (not fries but tots) was cold and gross. And my chicken was semi burnt. The herbed tots were pretty good though! Overall, I wouldn't recommend.

They were at least 4 minutes away -from being finished frying, when they were served to me. By the time I got out of the car and I opened them up. I'm like "these french fries are raw?!" That said, we did preorder (and paid for) wings on Super Bowl Sunday, and had no issues whatsoever. Although we opted to pick them up around 3 pm, to avoid any potential lack of chicken and had no problems.

Over the past year or two though, the prices started to get a bit whacky so we started going less. I went today and it was awful. The food itself was okay, but there was only one poor waitstaff member for the entire restaurant. They had other people bringing out the food and drinks but the poor waitstaff member had their hands full. It took 25 minutes before our order was finally taken. I used to love the chocolate milk but now they charge the same price as before but give you a kiddie sized cup and you don't get free refills. We spoke to a staff member after we realized we didn't recognize anybody there. We were told the place had been bought out by a new management company and they cleaned house and got rid of the entire old staff, which is wild. They were all so wonderful before! The waitstaff member today was nice too, don't get me wrong, but it was crazy that all the familiar faces were gone. We were told all the kitchen workers were replaced too. Anyway, between my coworker and I, we got a cup of coffee, two eggs, 6 tiny pancakes, 3 strips of bacon, and a tiny sized chocolate milk for $39 (before adding tax and tip). Do with that what you will, but I think that's brutal. The prices have gone up too much considering they made the pancakes smaller and drinks smaller. It's just not worth it anymore.
