The Cubano is very flavorful and dripping with sauce, as is the Teriyaki burger. We've had their fries in the past, which were very on point. Sides that accompany the sandwiches are very plentiful, especially the salads. The only quirk we experienced was the cilantro dressing, which I expected to be more oil-based but was creamy like ranch. Still good, just know what you're getting. read more

Five stars was mainly for the ease of obtaining the food itself. If anyone has visited Springdale in the winter, you know the pain of trying to get food from anywhere is a bit of a task, especially during RONA season. Of the 5 nights we were there MeMes was the least painful food obtaining experience we had the entire time. Food was good quality and yummy! Came dragging in late after a great afternoon in Zion. Greeted right away & seated very quickly. Selections are great, not your average cafe fare--somebody cooking in the kitchen put lots of thought & effort into the food here. On top of that, friendly and excellent service. My wife was exhausted and down from the heat, so she went to the car to crank the AC and rest. Our server asked after her and on learning the details she immediately helped me pack up my wife's mostly uneaten dinner snd her apple juice too. These folks are on point. We went to MeMe's today because of the positive reviews. Can't tell you how the food tastes since we finally left after waiting for 25 minutes. It was after lunch so they weren't at capacity and it appears they had enough staff members. We got a table right away. We asked one of the staff (Jeanette) when someone would be able to take our order. She said your waitress will be with you shortly. As we watched others getting their water and ordering. We decided to leave. I wish I could write a positive rating. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out that way. Found Meme's Cafe on Yelp and loved that they offered crepes! I got the savory crepe (sub chicken for eggs) and it was really good although I couldn't finish it because the portion size was big. Hot chai tea latte is OK. Nothing to brag about. Cafe Soleil's hot chai tea latte is amazing. I'd dine at Meme's Cafe again when in the Zion area and probably try a different dish and drink. Considering it's my first visit here, I figure I'd order a savory and a sweet crepe. Why not. So the meat lovers crepe was said to be a local fav. A very hearty crepe with bacon, ham, turkey, fresh eggs, cheddar cheese & hollandaise drizzle. Delicious in every level. Texture of crepe was perfect but if it was just a tad bit less thick I'd say it was amazing. We also went with the traditional crepe- butter, with cinnamon and powdered sugar but hold the whip cream. I often order it with lemon instead of the cinnamon but it was just as good. And a side of ham with our nutella and banana sandwich to complete our meal. Yeah! So happy we stopped here on a recent trip to Springdale/Zion. After a day of hiking in the , we were exhausted and in desperate need of a burger and cold beer. MeMe's provided both of those to us! We sat on the outdoor patio and although it was a hot day remained cool. The waitresses were exceptionally nice. They initially got my beer order wrong but corrected it immediately and let me keep the other beer at no charge. Burgers and sandwiches were fantastic! Breakfast menu looked appealing as well - next trip we will plan for that. Regarding covid precautions, everyone wore a face mask and tables seemed appropriately spaced. Another new place has popped up since the last time I had been to Springdale. After looking at the photos on yelp, I wanted to try their savory crepes. My friend ordered the traditional crepe and I had the savory crepe. Mine had spinach, mushrooms, onions and cheddar cheese and chicken with a roasted pepper aioli drizzled on top. It was so good. I'm picky when it comes to chicken, this was perfect pieces of white meat. We enjoyed our breakfast outside with a view of the mountains in the back. Doesn't get any better than this. We came here around 3 PM on a Sunday after hiking in the park. Although there is outdoor seating with fantastic views of the canyon, we chose to sit inside due to the triple digit heat to enjoy our breakfast/lunch and to refuel the tanks. The dinner menu isn't served in the casual, small cafe with European decor and pictures until 4 PM. The menu consists mainly of crepes, waffles, eggs/omelets, and various sandwiches with your choice of preparation (panini, bagel, wheat bread, or tortilla). Prices range from $7-$11 for entrees. Espresso, beer, and wine are also served to compliment your meal. I had the Meat Lovers crepe which was a large portion filled with bacon, ham, turkey, eggs, cheddar cheese, and a hollandaise drizzle. I finished everything but a quarter of the way through, I had to ask for cholula sauce because everything seemed a little monotone and I needed to kick up the flavor a little bit. The hollandaise brightened it up, but not enough. Also ordered were the Good Morning Sandwich, The Subway, Two Egg Breakfast, and The Gobbler. Details are in the picture captions as all plates were finished completely and our appetites were satisfied. Service from Cindy was excellent. She kept up with the refills for the thirsty children and met all specifications of our order. The meal was served in timely manner and we were able to get on the road after skipping dessert. Unassuming little cafe from the outside, but decorated with French accoutrements on the inside and serving the best food I've found in Springdale specializing in crepes that are to die for. I came here for an early dinner on my last day in Zion and I'm sad I did because I would have loved to have eaten here more than once. We showed up hungry at 3:30 and ordered a desert crepe to start followed by the barbecue brisket tacos and zesty cilantro salad. Everything was amazing. We got the harvest crepe with apples, cinnamon sugar, and fresh cream. It was amazing. It was so good that we almost regretted ordering "real food" instead of more crepes. The apple was tart and cooked enough to not be crisp anymore, but was still recognizable an apple that had been cut up in this kitchen. It's tartness helped to cut some of the sweetness out of the rest of the crepe which was as rich, sweet and delicious as you could ask for. Having spent time in Austin, Texas, I had some misgivings about ordering brisket tacos, but I was pleasantly surprised. There was plenty of brisket and it was both tender and not at all fatty beyond the fat cooked into the meat. The zesty cilantro salad, which was really just a normal salad with their zesty cilantro dressing, was also a standout actually packing some flavorful punch, especially for a salad. Both it and the side garden salad that came with the tacos were fantastic and a welcome introduction of some healthy food after being on the road for nearly two weeks. Lastly, they serve a few good local beers in bottles and even serve them in frosted pint glasses to boot. As if all of that wasn't enough, our server, Justin, was amazing and as friendly and as nice as you could imagine somebody being without being creepy. Seriously, he was just incredible. read more
