This place rocks! Delicious spicy chicken sandwich. Country fried steak was amazing and veggies were cooked perfectly. Beautiful outdoor seating area overlooking the canyons and service was fast and fantastic!

My wife and I stumbled into this little gem on a quiet Thursday morning and was immediately charmed by its small, vibrant, and colorful atmosphere. While the menu is curated and tiny, the portions and flavors are anything but. My wife and I ordered the biscuits and gravy, and they were absolutely BOMB--huge portions and easily some of the best we've had. I also tried the hot chocolate, which had a lovely, subtle hint of vanilla that made it feel extra special. The staff was amazing, and the owners were even sitting nearby and proved to be super friendly as well. To top it all off, the shop offers a stunning view of Springdale, making it the perfect peaceful spot to start the day.

My friend was excited to have breakfast at the restaurant but when we pulled it, she said it was gone. Upon further investigation, she said that it was in the back. Well, the restaurant must had had a change in ownership because it is half the size from before and the food was okay. I had a veggie omelette that came with premade seasoned potatoes. My mind was on the ice cream shop just at the entrance of the restaurant but I resisted. The staff is very nice and the space is clean and filled with light. As you approach the entrance to Zion, this is a nice place to stop and shop as well.

Came to Porters after a long day of hiking at Zion after reading reviews online. Sat outside because the weather was so nice (which I dont get to do a lot in Florida, where I'm from). And the views were so incredible. Cindy was our server and she was so funny, sweet and attentive. She made the whole meal even more special! We ordered 2 diet cokes, potato skins, shrimp pesto pasta and the bleu bacon burger with sweet potato fries. The potato skins were crispy, cheesy and fresh tasting. We did, however, order a side of sour cream to go with them. Would recommend. The Bleu bacon burger was cooked to perfection. The fries were also nice and crispy. The shrimp pesto pasta was probably one of the best meals I've ever had. Pasta cooked perfectly, tons of big shrimp, pesto was bursting with flavor. And came with two pieces of crispy garlic bread to help soak up all the sauce. Couldn't have been happier with this meal. Overall, it was only $57.36 and considering how great this meal was, seems more than worth it. I'm sad I live in a different state, but if I ever make it back to Utah, I'd definitely stop here again.

They deserve more stars than what they currently have because their food and service were excellent. We felt like we were part of their family with the chef even personally serving us. Dishes: 1) half rack of bbq ribs 2) Cesar salad 3) beef brisket Logistics: -Private parking lot -accepts cc -indoor and outdoor seating -also has ice cream parlor, live music, and theater attached to it.

I really am impressed by how good the food is here in Springdale, Zion! This restaurant is located right next to Bumbleberry's and you enter in through Bumbleberry's door. It's another great breakfast place with lots of great options for a hearty or light breakfast to start your day off well!! We also got a free breakfast voucher here for staying at The Novel House. Sucha good deal because you get a free drink and breakfast item! All we had to pay was tip! I ordered oatmeal because I wanted to be healthy and it was good and came with strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. They also give you a choice of toast (wheat or sourdough) and they have lots of good jam flavors. They also provide raisins in a small cup and milk (lots of options of milk) in a small cup for your oatmeal. And a cup of brown sugar! My husband got the eggs and potatoes with sausage. It all was delicious!! The potatoes especially were seasoned soo well and cut in a perfect bite size :0) It was busy busy so food took a little while but service is good!

I had a wonderful experience with a beautiful view and some delicious food. They even have an ice cream stand nearby, which adds a lovely touch--you can enjoy a sweet treat after your meal or while shopping for some bumblebee berries. I ordered the eggplant pasta, which was truly delightful. I did request it to be made without garlic, but I have a feeling they might not have accommodated that. I was quite hungry at the time and didn't want to make a fuss. For anyone who has allergies to onion or garlic, I would suggest being cautious when dining there. Overall, though, the food was good, and the atmosphere was inviting. The service was outstanding as well; the staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. It's clear that the servers take pride in their work!

This place hit the spot after a long day of hiking. They had a beautiful patio and view of Zion. You know it's a great spot when the fries look like this! The garlic parm sandwich with chicken was tasty! Service was slightly slow but she appeared to be new, we'd love to come back for more

Had a lovely dinner here after a busy day of hiking in Zion. We planned an impromptu trip to Zion while visiting Vegas, so we had prepared very little. When we finished hiking and decided to grab some food for dinner, not surprisingly many of the restaurants were busy. We found Porter's and decided to give it a try. While the restaurant was busy we were seated almost immediately. We opted to sit outside and enjoy the scenery of the mountains. We got to watch a storm roll in from the distance while we ate our meals and it was amazing. The service was decently fast and very friendly. We had potato skins as an appetizer and they were great. I had a burger and fries as my main meal and it, too, was delicious. My table also enjoyed a pasta dish that looked fantastic. After dinner we went next door to the shop connected to the restaurant and looked through a massive collection of Zion apparel and tourist items. In all, this was a great spot to stop and relax after exploring in the area.

We stayed at the bumbleberry inn which includes a free breakfast at Porters. Man were we spoiled. Cecilia took great care of us each morning. The breakfasts were large and hearty. Perfect since we hiked 10+ miles each day. Kept us full all day. The Belgium waffle was our favorite. Fair warning the coffee is a little bit of that motor oil coffee but it will get you going for those large hikes. Liked the flavor of the pepper gravy. One morning we ordered a piece of ham with our meal. I was not expecting it to be such a large piece of ham. Holy moly. Like an inch thick. They can be busy of a morning but put your name on the wait list and browse the gift shop or bakery items. Definitely recommend.

Brisket, Philly sandwich and fries. I had already taken a bite. Delicious.

I think we ordered one with the pepperoni, sausage, and other meats on it. There wasn't anything extraordinary or memorable about it, but it certainly hit the spot after a day out adventuring on the trails. Since everything is made to order, you will probably be waiting for your order. You can call ahead which might be a good idea if you don't like waiting around. One thing to note is that the chips and salsa are ordered separately, and the queso is an added extra charge on top of that. For our meals, we ordered the special swordfish taco and the carne asada tacos. Both proteins lacked flavor and were heavily covered with pineapple salsa, which overpowered everything else. The tacos themselves were very bland and desperately needed salt. Once we added salt, they became much more enjoyable. The same went for the rice and beans -- both were pretty flavorless until seasoned. The highlight of our experience was Jimenez (Hopefully I'm spelling his name correctly) who did a great job handling a very busy bar section. Service was attentive despite how packed it was, and we appreciated that. Overall, the food just did not meet expectations, especially for the price point. Sadly, Bit & Spur would be a hard pass for us if we return to Springdale.
