Our wedding planner, Sarah recommended Memoirs for our wedding dinner. They offered last minutes food tasting and it was amazing. Of course everyone LOVED their dishes! Such a wonderful vendor to work with:) Thank you for making our wedding extra special and tasty meals!

Thinking of taking friends out to dinner, but just want to relax and have it at your home? Call Memoirs, personal chef and caterers. Rosanna along with Chefs Kevin, Jai and TJ came a few hours before to prep, and cook in your kitchen. They stay throughout the party, and then even clean up after. You can just entertain, plus have a delicious meal. Professional service with a smile, almost felt they were already a part of the family. Take a look at my photos.

Had Memoirs cater our wedding in March and the food was absolutely amazing. Everyone is still talking about it. At our venue we had to bring everything I.e ice/water/generators/power and they m still managed to keep the food hot. They timed everything perfect and worked with us through four different reschedules. One of our favorite vendors and would choose them 100x over! The team is like a family and absolutely amazing!

Chef JJ and Mixologist Taylor in the zone.

Mixologist Taylor and Chef JJ absolutely crushed our small, chill post wedding dinner. We wanted elevated food, creative cocktails prepared by professionals. Literally 5 stars not only in talent and creativity but in capturing the vibe we wanted. Small family thing and they nailed it. These are the type of businesses we need to support during this very difficult time. Gents can't thank you enough. You crushed in on every way possible. Joe and Carol

Got a birthday present dinner delivered to my home from Memoirs! What a surprise! This dinner was amazing! All the food was prepped and ready to cook. And the sauces were amazing! Took about 20 minutes and voila! I will definitely order again! even the included choice of wine was great! I've been doing more take out during covid, and this is a great upgrade! the fact that you do the cooking is super cool! I just looked at prices and very reasonable.

Every year, at American Cancer Society, we host an event in August to celebrate cancer survivors and honor those who have transitioned to spirit; and every year, we ask Memoirs Hawaii to cater it. After all, our community of survivors deserves the best. There are a lot of moving parts to planning such an important event, but as the organizer, the only aspect of planning that I didn't have to worry about was Memoirs. I knew they would arrive on time and provide delicious viands for our attendees. Some participants even stated it was the best food they've ever had at an event. I agree: seared catch with okinawan sweet potato and herb roasted chicken with creamy polenta, to name a few! After our event, Rosanna even took the time out of her full schedule to give me a tour of their work space. She was attentive and kind, as was the entire team. I couldn't be more happy with their service. We are lucky to have them as our go-to catering service at American Cancer Society.

It's part seafood market, part, part plate lunch spot, and they have SO many things besides poke. There are musubi, bentos, fried chicken, fish patties, shrimp, sushi, noodles, and all kinds of other local goodies. The line can look intimidating, but it moves pretty quickly. The poke is obviously one of the big reasons people come here, and there are a ton of varieties to choose from. The spicy ahi and crunchy garlic ahi are especially popular, and the mochiko chicken gets a lot of love too. We did like the mochiko chicken a lot! This is definitely a grab it and go kind of place rather than somewhere to sit and eat. I can see why locals make this a regular stop because you could come here several times and still have plenty of things to try. My favorite turned out to be the poi mochi!

As I was eating their spicy marlin poke...I thought it was a bone in my mouth. NOPE! It was a fricken plastic piece from like a price tag!!! I was so shocked! Luckily I didn't give this bite to my toddler! I've reached out to them on their Instagram to just inform them and be mindful of their people making their food but they haven't even bothered to look at my message.
