I sent a message via Yelp on a Sunday night and they immediately scheduled our oven troubleshooting for Monday afternoon. Their front office staff is incredibly responsive! George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update. I've had plenty of negative or so-so experiences with other service technicians from other companies. This experience with George / Astera is so positive that I'm posting my review even before the service is completed. Astera will be getting first crack at all of my appliance and HVAC service calls going forward.

We shopped for some phone accessories but didn't find anything we wanted. So we made our way to the pickup line. We were greeted immediately and I mentioned that I was picking up an order. The cashier scanned my phone and quickly pulled my order. I checked it and it was exactly what I ordered. The cashier said thanks for the order and we were on our way out. Overall, the service was the winner here. Staff was friendly and the item I purchased was $100 off where every other store I checked online had it for regular price. I highly recommend buying from this location as the staff is quick to gather your online order and they are very nice at this store.

Walked into the store which was like a ghost town. I saw maybe a few customers walking around. Looked for a salesperson which took a few minutes to track down. After I told her want I wanted, she responded that she is too busy with another customer, that i should go to the front and they will find someone to help. I did just that and there was no one in teh front. Again seeing an employee with a blue jacket walk buy i asked for some to help me get the iWatch, he said that I should wait by the display and he will get someone to help me. Waited another 10 minutes and walked back to the front again and this time there was a greeter person. I asked her that I know what i want, I do not have any questions, just need for someone to give me the product. She said that everyone is busy and that it will be 15-20 minutes. I said the "The store is empty why so long", to which she replied that everyone is busy. I told her that I should have gone to an Apple Store. I waited for about 10 minutes and walked up to her again. With an annoyed expression she said that "sorry no one is available right now". I said this is unacceptable and l am leaving to an Apple Store (which I would need to drive about 10 miles. She said "I am sorry but we are short staffed". I said yes you are and whose problem is that". You don't even understand what the problem is. I drove to an Apple Store in Deerpath, and walked in. Wall to wall people and about 25 salespeople. Got attention immediately, the associate brought me the product I wanted, I paid for it and left in about 8 minutes. Drove to ABT because I wanted to look at some grills. Again packed with people, I got a salesperson immediately who walked me through the options. Best Buy VH is grossly mismanaged. You have a customer walking in the store wanting to spend $900 and is unable to do so with the store having the product. But its more than that. Its the company culture, I can see it in the attitude, the behavior and most important by the customer experience. very different attitude and experience in Apple Store and Abt Inc.     First of all, save your sanity if you can and do not go on a weekend. I have to say I have come to…read morethe Home Depot on a weekend and just wish I had actually stayed at home. That said I did come during the week and had awesome customer service. I had to buy a bunch of different lumber to fix my back deck and the person helping me could've been more friendly, offered me lots of tips after I asked and stacked up everything to get it out front. I also had a lot of little things to pick up in different departments, and I found someone who actually walked me through motor to the store to find what I needed. From a new cage to cover my dryer vent to changing out the hardware on one of my doors. I think the key if you're looking for good service it's just not show up when they're 50 million people there. So if you can get in there before work starts because they open at like 6 AM in the morning, or go after work you'll be doing yourself a huge favor.

They make it extremely difficult to return merchandise that's only slightly past the return date -- even when it's unused and in perfect condition. The staff and store managers seem to have no authority or flexibility to help customers in any way. It's frustrating that Home Depot is becoming so rigid and unwilling to work with loyal customers and contractors. Very poor policy decisions -- disappointing to see such a decline in customer service. Better service from local lumberyard and nearby home stores.

Washer left disassembled August 30 New two technicians arrived with returned part, informed that the original repair man was fired. the two techs took lots of pictures of washer and left. Washer even more unassembled September 3 Two techs returned, tried part again, then informed us that the washer was unfixable, said that they would refund the $293.35 Left washer unassembled with parts missing September 22 Promised the refund was coming again via text Nov. 9 Inquired again, told that we need to take it up with our bank

    Terrible poor service and performance, a simple door contact problem in my microwave became a…read morenightmare for us. Over 3 weeks of back and forth between new problems appearing, 5 visits to our house, ordering more and more parts to finally determine they will have to take the microwave and repair in their facility, still waiting for it, we need to call several times because they promised to come and kept delaying and giving excuses. Never calling us explaining why they couldn't come, we have to call them in all the occasion, zero accountability. Please keep in mind, that we had to call every time. it got to a point that they ignored us until we called from a different phone. (we didn't even call excessively). They requested 1/2 of the total cost to be paid in advance during the first visit because of ordering the piece they need to replace the door contact. The second visit the door problem was solved but another problem appear, they order a wrong piece, in the 3rd visit when the technician thought everything was finished, we payed full. I tested the microwave and have to run to the driveway to call him back because it was not working. The technician was all the time in the phone while trying to repair the microwave receiving instructions from the phone, what clearly showed, that he didn't know what to do. If there was a way to give zero or less stars, I would. They are very incompetent.
