Great customer service, they always change their flavors. The froyo mix is never low, and always has good consistency.

Unfortunately, I will stop going here and will go to the Yogurtland across the street. Yes, Menchies has great frozen yogurt, but they allow people to "vape" their disgusting e-cigarettes in the outdoor patio while we are trying to enjoy the frozen yogurt. I don't want my children, my family, or pregnant girlfirends inhaling those vapors, which have been proven to be carcinogenic! This has happened a few times and when I ask the cashier about why this is allowed. She says, cigarettes are not allowed but "vaping" is okay. Well, I think the Menchies franchise is not up to date on the harmful effects and I will take my business elsewhere. Thank you very much. read more

this is my first time visiting menchies. previously i have been to tutti frutti and thought that was pretty great. this stuff leaves tutti frutti in the dust. there has to be 40 or more toppings to put on your yogurt, lots of fresh toppings and then some. the staff was very friendly greeting all who came in, and thanking guests as they left. all with a big smile. yogurt was sooo good. had dulce de leche, coffee,strawberry kiwi sorbet, and some pineapple for good measure. will have to become a regular at this place. highly recommend. it was pricier than tutti frutti though. read more

I ordered a party-size photo cake, and it must have been one of the best cakes I have ever had. Such a steal! The edible photo was part of the package, and the entire process was so easy thanks to Patrick and Breanna. I placed my order and paid over the phone. All I had to do thereafter was email my photo, and pick up on the day of my husband's birthday. He was in love, as was our entire birthday crew. Thank you for everything!!! Yesterday after a fun day with the kids I decided to treat them and take him to Menchie's with my after-school program the kids were ecstatic and excited to go to Menchie's we went in they got their cups of frozen yogurt about 8 kids ages 5 to 8 years old and they went over to the topping area and they were excited on what topping to choose then this customer and a white outfit female walks over to the kids starts telling them to lower their voice and talk quietly and telling them that this is a restaurant they need to use their indoor voice while the cashier was standing right there witnessing what's happening she did not even come forward to say anything I walked over to her and said we are at a ice cream store she turns to me and says the one-year-old in your hand is ok to cry loud but the rest of the kids need to keep their voice lower I said this is not a meeting office it's an ice cream store kids are allowed to be kids I was very disappointed and upset it really negatively impacted our experience and the end of the day feeling very upset about the experience. People need to better choose the locations they are planning to have a meeting at a frozen yogurt that is supposed to be kid friendly is not a place to have a meeting read more

Ordered a birthday cake from them and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. The cake came out amazing, as we requested, and tasted amazing. They also do photo cakes which is a place! Highly recommend for the froyo lovers. read more

LOVE this place. They let you take as many free samples are you like, as opposed to Yogurtland across the street that makes you feel like a criminal for asking for another sample cup. Their flavors are always changing and there is always something good. Tons of toppings too. They are very Kosher friendly, they post details right on each flavor, and always have some fun gimmicky thing for the kids (last time we went in they gave out 3D glasses and a little animated 3D page). Menchies has become a regular weekend stop. read more

I'm not a fan of dairy products, but when I cheat - it's at Menchies. Their flavors are rich and perfect tasting. You get a lot of topping options on the side. I go there about once a week to see what flavors they've added and try my old favorites (cake batter, praline, and all the non dairy ones too). read more

Generally I LOVE Menchies, but it is a bummer b/c this location in Encino is the closest to my house but compared to every other Menchie's I've been to ...and I've been to them all...this one has the WORST selection of toppings. I've complained before and the high school kids who work there agree with me, but there is nothing they can do. Personally I love milk chocolate items and the only thing that comes close here is Heath Bar. At all the other Menchie's there are milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, snow-caps (non-pareils) and more. At the Encino Menchies, don't expect a great topping selection (unless you like dark chocolate), but of course the yogurt is always yummy, the location is great, parking is easy...but if you like good toppings, head west on Ventura another 15 minutes to the location off of De Soto. It is amazing there. read more
