Solid toppings, great yogurt flavors, cute spoons. Overall a really good lunch date spot with lots to do including yogurt, Connect 4, and sitting and talking. Cashiers are always sweet and the froyo is a tad on the sweeter side. There's a ton of space to sit and relax. I loved the mochi, sprinkles, and cheesecake bites, and how they always keep it very fresh with new spoon introductions.

Amazing fro-yo, but this place is trying way too hard to make me feel better about eating their fro-yo. I've accepted that fro-yo isn't healthy. I don't need a marketing team to try and convince me otherwise. Real strawberries, no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, no high fructose corn syrup, nonfat, lowfat, gluten free, live and active cultures! These were all the terms I saw on the different fro-yo options. The more they try to come off as not that bad, the worst it looks. Like I enjoy skittles, but if they started bragging about how they are vegan and cholesterol free on their packaging, it'd be a little off-putting. Anyway, I didn't make a healthy decision going here, but I did make a delicious one.

Menchie's has the best tasting yogurt with consistent density. It isn't runny or thin at all. They always have a ton of fresh, super tasty yogurt. The toppings stations are clean, well organized, and abundant. In Menchie's.

Menchie's is a vibe I come here after every club event celebration since Menchie's is always open til 10pm. There's such a variety of flavors here for everyone, and the toppings/flavors are pretty diverse too. The location has always been clean, and the staff is really friendly too. Highly recommend! This is the only location with a dole whip flavor and it makes me and my friends super happy each time

The first time I tasted Menchie's froyo was in Sacramento. I was unable to find another location until I saw one in Berkeley!! I'm so grateful! Their froyo is not too sweet and just the right texture not like other froyo spots that are either too sweet or too blah ... but at Menchies, you always have the right consistency. There's plenty of street parking and bathroom is always clean at least on the last few times we were there :) Service is also good and they are always wiping things off the counter :)

I was craving froyo and this delivered. They had yummy flavors (Dulce de leche, coconut, and classic vanilla/chocolate) and it was super easy to checkout

Standard fro-yo place. During the pandemic, all their toppings are pre-packaged into little containers so nothing is exposed to open air. Inconsistency in monitoring the spacing between customers, which is rather important to me. We were asked to wait until the people before us left, but the couple that showed up after us was allowed to invade our space. Lots of flavors and topping options, will curb a fro-yo craving.

No samples at all with is a big bummer. This is also $.79 per oz. The most expensive I've seen in the area.

Gluten free chocolate salted caramel: This was probably my favorite because it was chocolatey and that helped balance it out so it didn't taste as overwhelmingly sweet. Vegan cookies and cream: This was pretty good, I liked it and didn't miss the dairy. Strawberry: The frosting tasted like actual fruit, which was really great. A little sweeter than I like, overall. They also have a small parking lot exclusively for customers which I just found out after my umpteenth visit. LOL! I purchased the Crème Brûlée cupcake for a friend who reviewed the crème brûlée topping as "not too sweet" and noted that the sugar still had a bit of crisp to it. The frosting on the Lemon Blackberry cupcake is sooooo delicious, but I was disappointed but the innards due to an absence of any blackberry filling. And then when I got to the BOTTOM of the cupcake, I found a flattened blackberry in the center. I suppose they get an A for effort on that one... As for the Key Lime Pie and Vanilla Salted Caramel cupcakes, I've had them multiple times before and they're so tasty. They're really good at what they do here. Unfortunately, if you don't get there early, you won't get to grab any of the limited/exclusive flavors they sometimes have; I missed out on the latest Banana Pudding cupcake and it still keeps me up at night... Ultimately, I don't have the heart to rate any less than 5 stars. Their cupcakes are so delicious, soft, and moist every time. One of my dessert pet peeves is dry cake--I can't stand a dry or underdressed cake. Cupcakin' makes sure I don't have to suffer. I would've preferred a lemon blueberry (which I would love to see on the menu regularly) but this was good nonetheless. Another favorite is the Chocolate Salted Caramel cupcake. The coconut, passion fruit, and strawberry flavors worked well together, although the passion fruit flavor was very subtle. The sponge was cake moist, and the butter cream was spot on with its melt-in-your-mouth creamy texture. The Brown Sugar Pecan scone was good, but it had more of a dense muffin texture than a traditional scone, and the flavors were a bit muted. They did not skimp on the pecans though, which was nice.
