Being from Texas I'm used to spending less money on used tires but I was able to get a relatively decent deal here. Stand your ground (as a woman) and you should be fine. Negotiations are possible and don't let them try to play you.

Fast and easy tire place. Was in and out in 10 minutes. They were fairly priced, not any negotiating or up selling. Would recommend.

Just had a tire patched. Super quick and even checked the tire pressure in the other three tires. Good stuff!

I pulled up on a Sunday with a nail in my tire and within 5-10 minutes my tire was patched and I was out of there.

That was amazing and I'm very thankful, but even better was the very friendly service, actually inviting me into the shop to watch the process. Paul explained everything about the tires and recommended better ones next time. And the workflow is interesting where you put your car in line and in my case they actually allowed me to drive my 10K lbs diesel camper van into and out of the shop myself. I really appreciated that. I typically do all my own maintenance to make sure it's done right, but may give some of to them because I watched them work and trust their expertise. I highly recommend Radial Tire in Silver Spring and will definitely go back for anything they're willing to do. I couldn't believe they did what others couldn't for only $20 per tire and mine are over 100 lbs each! And they're one of the few shops in the area that have very tall shop doors. Great experience all around. Thanks guys!

I am including a brief description of the condition of the vehicle when I arrived at Radial Tire Monday (2/16/26) at 2:00pm. The receiving manager and I discussed the tire issues and history. I told him I had a service light in the dash that was saying a tire was low on air and they were new tires (vs the previous service light for sensors not functioning). He measured the tire pressure of all the tires and they were all at different psi (33, 34, 42 and 18). My vehicle was placed in a service line and I waited in a lobby for approximately an hour. Radial tires took the low tire off the vehicle and tested it for leaks and determined the problem was that a valve stem hadn't been correctly sealed, the tires were all fine. Before leaving the work bay, I noticed the sensor light was still on, so a retest determined the driver's front sensor was going bad and it was replaced. The service manager told me Toyota and Lexus have challenging tire sensors, that they can often get one sensor working and the computer will then say another good sensor stopped working. I left Radial Tire around 4:30, problems solved and paid for one new sensor and install. I've had several people tell me Radial Tire is the BEST in this area and they will have all of my business in the future and that of anyone I know. Thank you for resolving what was a time consuming, frustrating experience!! I'm so glad my friend recommended you!!

We found Ancash Roadside Assistance on Yelp and called because they had such great reviews. He answered immediately, sent me a location-sharing request, and arrived in about 20 minutes. After spending nearly two hours stranded on the side of the road, that level of responsiveness was a huge relief. Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Overall, though, the service was excellent. He showed up when we needed help, worked quickly, and got us moving again in no time. If you're stranded with a flat tire and need someone reliable, I would definitely recommend Ancash Roadside Assistance.

BEST in the Area !!…read more I own a 2016 Jetta GLI and had damaged its rims (Front & Rear) pretty bad. Contacted a few Rim repair companies and they all advised me to purchase the front passenger side Rim as it could not be repaired. And then I called Bahadur from Wheel Exclusive. I don't think I need to say anything. Look at the pictures and you will know how good Bahadur is. His Mobile van is fully equipped and he himself does not comprise on the quality of work. He uses high end paints only. I definitely recommend Wheel Exclusive to everyone who wants quality work. If you are someone who settles down for crap then please don't bother calling him. I asked for a discount and now I feel ashamed. You are great at what you do Baha. I have forwarded your contact to my friends as soon as you left. Cheers!!

Tesla referred me to Wheel Exclusive, and I couldn't be happier with their work. Just two days after the "incident," Paul came to my office and repaired and painted the rim. But, when we do, I will at least have the comfort of knowing that we're in the best of hands. Thanks Paul!

Recently, I faced a situation where one of my tires went flat after hitting a curb, and another tire had a slow leak due to a nail. The team at Mac's efficiently repaired both tires, getting me back on the road promptly. I cannot speak highly enough of Mac's when it comes to handling any tire-related problems--they truly have an exceptional crew!

At first I…read morewas able to put air in the tire and it would last for around 3-4 days but now it was only good for hours before my tire would go flat. To make matters worse all four of these tires are basically new and less than 30 days old! Anyway, this whole thing was driving me nuts, so I started shopping around for a place. I remembered this local place that allowed you to drive up for on-the-spot repair and they work on your tire(s) while you wait in your car, so I decided to give them a try and I'm really glad I did. When I arrived there were a couple of cars ahead of me, which wasn't a big deal since this place is similar to a drive-thru you allowing you to conveniently wait your turn in your car. They work pretty quickly here and before I knew it I'm pulling forward to get my tire looked at. The mechanic was friendly, respectful, and took the time to listen to what was going on with my tire. He quickly got the tire off, diagnosed the problem, and explained what needed to be done in plain language. The problem was with the valve stem, which had a leak. The mechanic got right to work making the repair and explaining to me what he was doing. The work was done efficiently and correctly, and he made sure everything was explained to my satisfaction. There was no pressure, no upselling, and no runaround; just honest work and solid service. Oh, and the cost of this repair was less than 25 bucks! I couldn't believe I received this much service and such great work at this price point. What makes this place stand out to me is the customer service from all of the staff, but in particular the mechanics themselves that are actually working on your car. Usually, the people working on your car are hidden in a garage somewhere while you wait in a waiting room, so you never actually meet the mechanic working on your car. At Mac's you are up close and personal to the mechanic. That's a huge plus in my book. You can tell this is a local business that actually cares about its reputation and all of the customers coming there. It's the kind of shop where they remember you, talk to you with respect, and make sure you leave satisfied. If you're tired of chain shops and want to support a local business that does quality work and treats customers right, this is the place to go. They earned my trust, and I'll definitely be back for future tire and service needs. Highly recommended!
