I called and went by the place that installed it on several occasions to have them resolve it but couldn't get anywhere with them. I walked into Menos frustrated and left an extremely happy customer. The vibe in this place is contagious. Total crooks! Stay away! I paid them to install my high-end MB Quart speakers and Alpine type S speakers in my BMW to replace my stock speakers. Now after a number of years later replacing a blown speaker, audio technician informs me that they never installed my speakers I gave them to install in the 1st place! Just finished repairing a 2007 Dodge Charger which came from this place. Apparently customer tried having them install a Prestige remote start which they took all day to install and still couldn't get it working properly. By the third time of having this shop try to repair it they just gave up and refunded this customer his money back. Customer brought vehicle in to have in dash radio installed which was not turning on due to the poor workmanship this shop did previously to his data can bus wires which they twisted together at the ignition switch. Evidence of tampering of OEM wiring was found behind ignition switch switch. I recommend you think twice before having those installers work on your vehicle especially when they are asking for a spare key for installation of a remote starter. If your a professional installer no spare key is required by the installer to install a remote starter. Trust me read more

I took my brand new 2013 Chevy Malibu to have tint installed and not only was the tint applied in a shoddy manner. The employee damaged the door panels on my car. "Manuel" the owner/mgr balked at replacing the door panels. These panels are not fixable replacing them is the only option according to my estimates. Meno's is not taking any responsibility for damages they did to my car. I urge anyone to take your business elsewhere. A business is responsible for their employee and if the employee damages a car or property the customer should be made whole even if it costs more than the service done; that's the price of doing business. read more

They do good work, but once they have your money you might as well no longer exist. If you need something fixed and go to the store you will stand around the store and they will ignore you for a while. Then they will tell you how busy they are and give you an appointment option they have no intention to keep. If you have lots and lots of time to wait around until they are ready to help you, this is the place for you. read more

A while back I got a stereo put in my honda. It wasn't expensive or anything fancy. I went down to walmart and bought the cheapest one I could find and took it to them to install. There were no problems with the installation, everything went smoothly. I sat in the waiting area for about an hour and a half [no appointment] and read a book until they were finished. The stereo worked great for the next year and a half, until I sold the car and I'm sure it's still working just fine. Now I need to take my Mustang down to replace the stock radio and I will be going back to Meños. I didn't give 5 stars because the waiting area was a little drab, but it's a shop run by a bunch of guys so what do you expect lol. read more

Menos Stereo is just about the best around, I had them do a system in my 2014 Chrysler 200 earlier this year which has been great. I got a 12" Hifonics sub, 700 watt interfire amp and a set of Xpress tweeters. Love the bass and the tweeters really enhance the experience, awesome setup all around and the installation was done flawlessly. All wires were neatly tucked in and hidden. I had an issue where the sub stopped working, brought it in and this was about 6 months after the install and they took it in the shop and looked at it and found that a wire had come loose and they sent me on my way, just as happy as when I got it installed. Meno is a very honest and trustworthy person to do business with, not to mention professional and courteous. I also brought in my 2004 Pontiac Sunfire with a Viper 2-way alarm I had purchased online and he installed it for me, works absolutely perfectly and they got it done in about 2 hours after getting it in right away. Definitely will return in the future, thank you to Meno and everyone here. Awesome place! Highly recommend anyone thinking about an alarm or stereo setup to come to Menos as I have no complaints whatsoever in their work or products. read more

Thank heaven for great service. I needed a stereo for my truck, they started with the basic stereos and took me through the mid range and higher end stereos, then they let me decide. Prices were great so I bought a better stereo than I thought I could get.They were done in about 3 hours, went through all the features of the stereo and synced my phone to the stereo. I brought my truck here about a year ago to have them install USB charging ports so the kids can use their electronics during a road trip. I specifically requested a particular USB charging port and they said no problem. I dropped my truck off a week later when they called and said they had the parts. When I picked my truck up later that day, it was a different thing altogether. Instead of installing the parts I requested, they installed a USB DATA hub. It won't charge devices and looked horrible. When I complained that it wasn't what I had asked for he refunded my money, removed the part and left a big rectangular hole in my center console where he had cut into it. I was told he would replace the center console, since they cut a big hole in it, but haven't ever heard back from them. I've called repeatedly, but after about two months they acted like they didn't even know who I was or why I was complaining. I do not recommend anyone use this company for any reason. read more

About 2 years ago i bought an alarm at Menos Stereo and they installed it. So the next day i go and pick up my car they had installed an alarm that was not what i paid for and a few models below what i wanted. so i went back inside to have someone tells me " ooo that alarm has been discontinued and i can have the replacement model in a few weeks. SO what the hell why would they even sell me the alarm to begin with!!!!! So i put that behind me i had bigger problem to worry about at the time, but then today i go to the same area. (Menos Stereo shares a strip mall with a tire place) and Mr Menos Stereo himself comes over to talk to me. I start by telling him that his company did me dirty, and after a minute of conversation he says "I don't like it when punks bad mouth me on the Internet". now i never wrote a review about what happened so when he said that it ticked me off So that's what I'm here to do what i should of done a long time ago.
