Totally overcooked meat, hard as a shoe sole

We ordered the big meat platter and they ask how u would like the meat cooked. We selected "rear" and this is what we got: charred , hard as a sole meat

Wow glad we found this gem! From the second we walked in the service has been phenomenal, everyone is so friendly, upbeat and cheerful. Yanis was our waiter and he was awesome!!!!! Great suggestions and extremely friendly, the type of energy that will bring customers back. Inside it was decorated like you were in Greece and even the fun Greek music in the background. Food was fantastic, we got to try bunch of appetizers and gyros, everything was delicious. Will be back 100%

    Burnt old overcooked french fries

Absolutely worse experience I've had in this place and I will not be coming back served me burnt french fries that were clearly very old. The meat was dry and slightly overcooked as well and when I complained all they did was give me more old french fries that were also over.

Very cute and clean, small Greek place on Alton Road. I was relieved that they actually had parking. I came around 8:30 pm so it was pretty quiet. The staff were very friendly and greeted patrons, as soon as they came inside. The chicken Keftes and fries were good. The pork on the gyro tasted funny and was chewy. I asked the waiter, if I could try the lamb meat instead. He brought a lamb gyro. He did not take the pork gyro off of the bill. Other than that, it seemed like a good place. I noticed they have a coffee bar too. I was thinking it would be nice to try their iced chocolate mocha that was on the menu and their baked goods during the day.

I ordered delivery from Meraki a few weeks ago and it was pretty good! I've been meaning to try this spot as I've gone to the downtown Meraki a few times and I'm a big fan. Some of the items are the same and there are different ones as well. My partner loves the halloumi salad but unfortunately this Meraki doesn't carry it. Lucky for me - my favorite dish - the salmon is served here. I ordered the salmon and it came with rice pilaf, pita and a lemon aioli. I do miss the veggies that come with the downtown Salmon but I did see I could have chosen potatoes as a side instead of rice - so will do next time! Onto the salmon, unfortunately it was on top of the pita, so the pita was fully soggy and I couldn't enjoy it. The salmon was a good portion and cooked well. It was juicy and fresh. The rice was okay, it was quite bland and a little hard. The price was also very reasonable for $17.60 so that's good. I also ordered a tzatziki on the side and it was very heavy on a mayo taste for some reason. I wanted to try one of their pastries and went with the bougatsa ($6) and wow! That was so amazing. I even went back in person to buy another the following week. It is a deliciously flaky greek pastry. It a very good size with a yummy custard inside, served warm. It's so so good. I can't wait to go back and try it! The decor inside Meraki is cute! So definitely would come back and dine in. I've bought halloumi cheese here. They have a little market section with Greek goodies which is nice! There's free parking in the shopping center with is a rarity in Miami Beach so definitely a highlight!

Whats the first thing you crave when you land in Miami beach? Gyro, obviously. Was able to make it in time before closing on a Thursday night. Placed our order at the counter and decided to eat in. Pick any open table you want and they'll bring your food out for you. While you're waiting, they have a nice wine selection. The gyro sandwich had a healthy portion of protein, sliced just thick enough. Fries seemed to be fresh cut potatoes. They were tasty but not quite as crunchy as I'd prefer them.

The food here is amazing, easily one of top 5 restaurants in Miami. Giannis greeted us when we first walked in and immediately offered us some of the fresh food they rotate for us to try. He was so passionate about the food and the restaurant, it made our experience that much better. On top of already great food, the ambience is great, it is easily accessible if you are driving or walking around miami beach and if you are a fan of traditional, fresh greek food AND service you will not be disappointed.

I have heard of Meraki and passed by their locations in both Downtown & the Grove, but had never tried it. Once I saw this newish location in Miami Beach, I had to grab some takeout. I ordered through their site and the large order I placed was ready right when I set it for. The inside is beautiful and clean and the breeze coming in and out of the restaurant is so peaceful. The patio is just as tranquil. They even have a little marketplace full of Greek imported items. As for the food- better than any Greek restaurant I've ever tried in Miami. I had a classic Lamb Gyro that was HUGE and came with a large helping of Greek fries- all for $12. My friends had the chicken bacon gyro and said it was also very savory and fresh. The pita tasted like it was cooked ten minutes before I picked up my order. Will definitely be trying again.

We have always driven by this place and wanted to check it out. They have a $12 entree sign on the window and it peaked our curiosity. The $12 entree special includes one entree and one side which is from the food located at the counter and looks like a buffet. We opted to go for the gyro platter instead and were extremely satisfied with that. It was delicious and enough food for two people and we also had leftovers. We also got a small side Greek salad which we highly recommend because it goes well with the gyro platter. We will be back to try their baked goods on a later date.

Excellent food, great service, very professional. Authentic! Not the best views for ambiance, but if you are looking for great Greek food check this out!

Everything we ordered was packed with flavor and cooked so well, but the lamb was definitely the standout for me. We were whisked inside to the intimate, dimly lit interior with a DJ table tastefully tucked away in the back of the space. Service was welcoming but overall, not quite as warm and attentive as I've experienced at other places in town. We started off with the Turkish Manti Dumplings, which were the standout of the night. The complexity yet restraint of flavor, balancing indescribable buttery, roasted, earthy notes with a touch of umami and subtle tanginess from the yogurt. The Mezze Sampler was a nice option for trying three of the dips. All very tasty, but I've had slightly better elsewhere. The Sweet Jeweled rice was the other standout with flavor and textural variety that made each bite pop. I found the Roasted Brussels Sprouts undercooked and lacking the same level of flavor as the other plates. The weakest dish of the evening. The Grilled Whole Bronzino got top marks from the meat eaters at the table. Overall, 4/5 stars for a delicious meal but with tough competition around town limiting my ability to hit that 5.

Zucchini Latkes were one of my favorite along with the Cauliflower. The seasoning on this was amazing, a bit sweet, and crispy outside. Crispy artichoke I could have done without.
