You could almost eat off of the bathroom floors, not that I recommend that. I'd just never seen the bathroom that clean. If you can, definitely request him. Very mellow and polite guy. Did not acknowledge or address my concerns--In fact she was gaslighting me which was wild! As soon as it got escalated, Thiago got in touch and made it right. He offered to send cleaners back which I declined because it literally was not even that serious, the cleaners did a great job and simply ran out of time to do a couple of small things. I had honestly been reaching out for them to hear and acknowledge my concern regarding expectations around the deep clean service and how that was communicated. Again, cleaners were good.
