This is a restaurant inside of a massive grocery store. There's decent signage, but it's basically a labyrinth and the restaurant sits on the backside. The staff was really friendly. I got an Al pastor burrito and esquires to go. The food is pretty good. It's not super authentic more of a fusion, but it hits the spot. The Alpa store taco had avocados in it, which really gave me a baja mexican food vibes. The salsa was great - I will definitely be asking for more next time. I was really impressed with how much grocery they had inside this market because it looks quite small from the outside, but it's quite large. It looks really well maintained, and the shelves were being stocked. I will definitely be stopping by for Hispanic grocery items and for a quick fusion bite - it's good to know I don't have to drive to Highland town.

The grocery is smallish, but most Mom and Pop grocery stores aren't huge - they're not the national chains after all. I was impressed that Najarro's carried many of the brands and food items that are staples for my peoples' cooking, and needless to say the enchiladas we made for my grandfather-in-law were a hit. Bottom Line: Latino grocery market with a solid selection of fruits, vegetables, spices, and other items needed to cook Latino food at home. Bonus that it's clearly a family-run business, and it's always great to support local businesses.

Checking with my bank, it seems like I got charged twice on my card for that, which really doesn't make any sense unless it had to do with the chip not working the first time. The store caters heavily to African, Asian, and Hispanic communities, and they offer a great variety of international items and specialty products. At the seafood counter, the Hispanic man behind the counter was dismissive and twice became snappy! When asked about the bass, he refused to communicate the info requested. Thus, I will refrain from patronizing this market at which we received harsh tones and unnecessary abruptness while shopping and during the manager's processing of a refund for 2 packs of SPOILED, SMELLY "sushi-grade" SALMON that I was forced to return only hours after my purchase. Only when I had opened the packs of salmon did the smell became detectable! The clue should have been the fact that the expiration date was May 21, 2026 and my purchase date was May 20, 2026. That said, the store could use some rearranging and a deeper cleaning. The vibe feels a little different compared to other Lotte Plazas, and it seems less clean than the one in Ellicott City. The staff are nice, but they could be a bit friendlier. On the plus side, there are plenty of parking spots available.
