ve been bringing my dogs here for about a year and never had any issues until recently. The staff has always been friendly, but this last visit left me very concerned. After grooming, one of my dogs came home with a severe rash all over her body and she did not want to eat poor thing was in pain, and my other dog was struggling to open his eyes. When I called to ask if any new products had been used, I was told it was just hair stuck in my dog's eye and that the rash was likely a flea bite. My dogs do not have fleas, and after bathing them at home, the rash disappeared the next day. That doesn't sound like a flea bite to me--it seems more like a reaction to something used during grooming. What's most disappointing is not just what happened, but how it was handled. Instead of taking accountability or showing concern, the situation was brushed off and made to seem like it was my dogs' fault. As a pet owner, that was very upsetting. Sadly, I can't trust bringing my dogs back here again. I'm sharing this so other dog lovers can be aware and make an informed decision when choosing a groomer. read more

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG WITH THEM! ANIMAL ABUSE! I left my dog there in the morning for a few hours and they gave us a call to pick her up cause she was ready and they told us to take our time, just to arrive and witness something horrific. My dogs eye was popped out of her eye socket and I was able to tell it was like that for WHILE because her eye looked fake, it looked like rubber just completely dry since she couldn't close her eye, and they did NOT bother to let us know until we picked her up. The groomer had the nerve to tell us "I'm not sure if you guys have noticed but there's something wrong with her eye" When we took her in the morning her eye was intact. The groomers there had no sympathy or remorse for what happened and just wanted to get paid already, so after paying I rushed my dog to the vet for an emergency surgery. The Vet said that what caused that to happen was that they tightened the leash WAY TOO TIGHT which cause her eye to pop out and excessive trauma. Even my friend who has been a veterinarian for 9 years said the same exact thing. This was explained to Alma (groomer) and she said "why are you taking the words of a vet over mine?" Clearly the veterinarians have more experience when it comes to trauma like that so I'll believe them over you. Please don't send your dogs here. read more

This is a fairly new dog grooming business. I noticed this place when they where fixing it up as a new business (some other business used to be there before). Once I noticed it was open, I passed by and asked for pricing. The people there are very nice, knowledgeable and the place is clean. They have VERY good prices so I decided to take my dog there for a full groom. Wow I was impressed as to how well they groomed 15 year old cocker spaniel. He was very furry and had some matting, and they took care of him well. He looked like a brand new "old" doggie! But the groomer spoke to him sweetly as I promised him that in afternoon he would get tacos. The groomer agreed, and reminded my dog of the delicious tacos he would get after it was all done.
