I just had the most horrible experience from Lilys something I never expected to happen after being…read morea loyal customer for the past 12 years and after referring a lot of people to them. I was accused of leaving my puppy there all day, when I never received a call or text message saying my puppy was ready. And being accused of doing that often. I have never been told or accused of anything like this! I called Saturday morning to see if they could groom my puppy. They said yes bring her in. I dropped her off and then proceeded with my day. Waiting for a call or text and I never got one. When I got curious as to why they had not called me yet, I checked my phone and text messages and nothing. I then decided to check my instagram and sure enough there was a message there from Edward that my puppy was ready. I'm not on instagram during the day, I don't check instagram for messages and after dropping off my puppy I had a medical procedure scheduled and had that on my mind, not to be checking instagram. Edward insisted he called me, but the only call I got from him was after I replied to his instagram message telling him I had just seen that my puppy was ready and I immediately went to pick her up at that point. When I got to Lilys Edward insisted that he called me (I'm not sure what number he called) I showed him my call log and all my text messages and I had nothing from him. He accused me of doing this often, he accused me of ignoring his call, he basically accused me of being a bad puppy mom and he wanted to charge me a boarding fee which I refused to pay the boarding fee and he then said he would never service my puppy again. Thank you Lilys for not valuing your long time customers. I will never refer anyone to you again and I hope your business does not suffer from your arrogance. I sent Edward pictures of my call log, pictures of my messages and a picture of my IG messages. With this text message that I want to share with everyone. I have to assume that your $25 boarding fee that I refused to pay is more important over your loyal customers.

You can see dogs being trimmed behind the glass and the staff is pretty flexible with appointments, which I appreciated. I used to go to PetSmart but their pricing is so high, I wanted to try something locally owned. I'm glad I tried this place out! I'll be bringing Nala back.

I appreciate the transparent window that allows me to see the groomers working on my pets, which gives me peace of mind. However, I would gave them a star off for the lack of communication with the actual groomer. Unlike a haircut, where I discuss my preferences with the stylist, I don't have a personal relationship with the groomer at Aroma Pet Grooming. In my opinion, having a rapport with your beautician is just as important as having a relationship with the person grooming your dog. My last groomer, for instance, groomed Gracie Mae's hair for 4 1/2 years until we moved.

We've been going to that other "smart" store for over five years to have our dog's nails trimmed…read more Ever since, they've told us that we can just walk in and they will do the trim. The most we've ever had to wait is about 15 to 20 minutes. Today, was no different, walked in at 10:15a, let them know that we needed a nail trim, the associate said that the earliest they can get us in was not till 12 PM without an appointment. An appointment? I explained to them that in the five years we've been going to them for nail grinds (which is pretty frequent) we've never had to make an appointment. That's when she said that making appointment has always been in place. So, I walked out, came over to The Good Dog. The General Manager greeted us, even while working with another customer. Listening how he handled the other two customers in front of us (who appeared to be regulars) set the tone that this is a friendly place that we want to be a part of. You know, it's like "Cheers," you wanna go where everyone knows your name! Well, they were able to get us in right away. They advised we typically do not need to make an appointment for nail grind, but to simply call up to make sure they are not busy at the moment, otherwise can get in quickly. I think that's reasonable, fair enough AND smart! "Thanks, Good Dog!"

There was a dog in the front desk climbing on the desk table where the dog was friendly to people approaching the desk but the moment they had taken my dog to the back past the front desk that dog barked aggressively and lunged towards my dog and the only thing saving an incident was the dog was hooked on a leash to the wall. My dog tucked his tail and lunged away when this occurred. This happened both at drop off and pick up. Definitely will find another place. Plus my dog did have an accident which is fair can be frustrating but accidents happen and I felt there was a tone of irritation in the person's voice over the phone when notifying me. Grooming was subpar as well.

This place is truly amazing!!…read more A couple of years ago, I rescued a golden retriever mix with a history of aggression. We made sure to put him through proper training before even considering grooming, and once we felt confident in his progress, we started looking for a groomer in the area. It was definitely challenging. Many places were hesitant to take him because of his background. When I reached out to All About Paws Pet Spa and explained his situation, they didn't hesitate at all. From the start, they were incredibly understanding and patient with Finn. Even on days when he can be a bit difficult, they continue to work with him with such care and professionalism. Because of them, grooming has become a much more positive experience for him and for us. I've also brought my other pets here, and every visit has been just as great. If you're looking for a groomer who is compassionate, skilled, and truly cares about your pets, I can't recommend this place enough. On behalf of Finn, Dexter, and our family, Thank you!

Been with Ironmaya for 3 years regularly now for my dog, Churro, and haven't really had any issues…read more They're really good at cutting your dog's fur, especially poodle fur and at getting the teddy bear cut. Takes them about 2-3 hours average for a haircut, $80 for my medium sized poodle which is a great price compared to other places (plus they don't charge extra for poodle fur). Some of their groomers cut better but overall the haircuts have been very solid with all of them. You can just text them for an appointment which I like. I would say for their pricing and skill, this is one of if not the best place to take your dog to esp if you have a poodle. I def recommend if you want your dog looking super fluffy and cute!
