The day of the appointment came and I I received an email that was supposed to contain a video link, but the link was missing. I emailed, called (phone number on the website is disconnected), and texted. No response. I finally got an email from the Director of Patient Experience; no apology, no explanation. I took time off of work for this. If this is how the front office takes care of prospective patients, I can't trust I will be in good hands. V disappointing.

She's a strong proponent of good nutrition as a contributor to healing and made sure I ate small amounts of soft, nutritious food.
