I emailed, called (phone number on the website is disconnected), and texted. No response. I finally got an email from the Director of Patient Experience; no apology, no explanation. I took time off of work for this. If this is how the front office takes care of prospective patients, I can't trust I will be in good hands. V disappointing.

What a careless way to run your "concierge" practice.I will be looking elsewhere.

My appointments have always been on time. I appreciate that I can get blood tests at any location with no appointment needed, and that there are a couple locations in the city open on Saturdays. I also like being able to get a last minute appointments when needed. I was in just last week, and felt the front desk staff was fine, if not exceedingly pleasant, but not at all rude. I'm sticking with this location and am glad I found it.

It has turned into a bureaucratic nightmare. Now takes three days to get a prescription refilled. My personal physician left the practice and they refused to tell me where he went. Her thoroughness beforehand, including a pre-surgery questionnaire and phone call, helped allay my (sizable) anxiety. After the surgery, while I was still recovering from anesthesia. Melodee ensured my medications and hydration were on schedule, day and night (I could never have managed this). She's a strong proponent of good nutrition as a contributor to healing and made sure I ate small amounts of soft, nutritious food. Although our time together was short, Melodee's extensive knowledge, high standards, and attention to detail were a significant contributor to my recovery. In addition to her professional skills, she's a friendly, comfortable person to be around. It was easy to put my trust in her because she's such a lovely human being.
